The hotel was dated but spacious. But I’m ok with that. The one thing that has to change is the beds. Omg! A box spring? I tossed and turned. Rest is a big part of relaxing. I was on floor 2 over the bar. I immediately requested another room higher up. Nothing available. The noise for the price sucks. Those rooms should practically be give aways. Karaoke!! Geez!! Not fun when your room is above!! I need birthday specials: top line drink. Just one or two. Breakfast free-daily. Or one dinner meal. Need some better toiletries. I’m trying to pack less. But!! I enjoyed the stay. Need some volleyball net on the beach. Need some jet skies unless I missed it. Some fresh paint would be everything. You need to give the cruise experience on land. It’s all about the experience. 😃

I liked there were things to do. Love the lazy river. The location was great. Staff were friendly. Clean. Food, bar, stores, spa, etc. were reasonably price. Nice hotel. Minus the beds. A lot of indoor pools were awesome. Love, love the nail spa. I’m not sure if massage was available onsite but that would be cool.

When we got ready to leave other tent ants were holding carts. We could t get or find one for our things. We were on the sixth floor and had to make several trips.

I like the indoor pool and jacuzzi upstairs! And the side slide door areas that was nice overlooking the ocean.

It was very noisy with people up past one am in the mornings overnight we were there and front desk didn’t seem to care or do much about it. Pool was suppose to be heated but was still very cold. Waterpark was only open a few days we were there.

I didn't realize our room was on the 16th floor when I booked it. The staff accommodated us very well and was able to relocate us to the 7th floor the next day

*The pool had too much chlorine. My new bathing suit changed colors *My room was across the parking lot, so I had to walk with bags and kids *No one after 6 pm to bring me toilet tissue .The roll that was in the room wasn't a new roll .You would think they would at least store an extra roll in the bathrooms like most hotels. *Very loud noise in the halls *I was told that ppl actually live in this hotel and that welfare pays the property. *Restaurant food was horrible, so we settled for pizza at the check-in *Attendant at the Lazy River (young Caucasian guy) stayed on his phone with headphones in his ear .I asked him a question I was ignored because he couldn't hear me. *Elevator had an old rusted box that snagged my aunts dress, which is dangerous. I felt like I stayed at a Motel 6 and wouldn't stay here at all again *Golf area was closed *Arcade isn't what is pictured

That I request that I get a lower level cause my kids get very nervous, and it's sometime hard to calm them when they are afraid of heights, and they keep giving me higher than the 12th floor. Last time they put me on the 19th floor and recently for spring break they had me on the 17th floor. Im always booking with them i should at least gets a lil request and ots approved by them .When I need something lower, like 6 - 12 floor. Floor wasn't clean. But everything else was great no complains just those two

I didn’t like the indoor pool. It was murky and had wayyy too much chlorine . I didn’t like the hot tubs. It was murky to much chlorine and dirty

Things were spread out but it was ok. The renovations going on clean but outdated the pool area didn't smell to good..

The room smelled like cigarettes. We slept with the balcony door open. The facilities too include the pool needed to be cleaned. Also slip mats should be put in the showers. My daughter fail and bruised her knee in the shower.

There was a roach in the bathroom. The kitchen only came with a medium sized “pot” no pans. We tried to play mini golf but there was no one there to check us in.

Some of the Yur was outdated. There was construction on the second floor, and there were materials that were left out. The indoor pool was not available due to a oversight of an employee which caused problems for the guest other than that everything worked out well for both my husband and I.

The property was in the best location for myself and my husband. We did not want to stay in the location of North Myrtle Beach, and this suited us very well. There were lots of restaurants in the area as well as shops. The property was cleaned. There were a lot of new construction being done, but overall the property was really great. I love the fact of the ice cream shop the Bar & Grill, which became a karaoke doing the night.

I didn’t like how i got oceanfront but it wasn’t! There were only one towel and the rest was bath mats!!! Hair dryer broken made a loud noise when turned on!!! The room was a connecting room and I didn’t like it !

The hallways, people were smoking. Odd smell on the premise. The indoor pool was not working.
