Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

There was a complaint because my son with special needs knocked on my daughters door “too loudly” after hours and it wasn’t handled very nicely by the staff. also I didn’t know there would be an extra fee because it’s a resort when I made the reservation. this added an additional 725.00 to our bill.
I liked access to the beach, pool and pillows and beds we’re comfortable.

United StatesThe room itself was very disappointing. It needs to be remodeled. Bathroom floor chipped and black corners. Old carpet. Drapes need to be replaced, hem was hanging. Wall safe did not work. Certainly not worth the $500 a night price.
The location on the beach was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and lush. The bed linens and towels were good.

United Statesthe rooms are overpriced for what you are getting. the rooms were not as clean upon check in as you would expect at this price point. inspite of covid I shouldn’t have to track down housekeeping to get fresh towels and have the garbage emptied on a four day stay.

United StatesUnfortunately the Sand Dollar restaurant does not live up to the rest of the facility. The breakfast we ate there once was very good but it has a bland, corporate feel that doesn’t fit. It is understaffed and probably has too big of a menu. If it was updated to be a casual, bright, family friendly restaurant I think it would be an asset; it was empty much of the time while the casual Tiki Bar was packed!
We loved the resort; it’s small and low key, perfect for families. Loved the green spaces..palm trees, hammocks, lots of flowers. The Tiki Bar is great; whatever you are paying Jason it’s not enough! Good and service were excellent! The manager, Jesus, was another amazing staff person; he was so helpful and kind when weather changed some of our arrival days. This little resort is an old Floridian style gem!
