The shower was messed up, water burnt me. shower was super tiny like something you find in Europe. There is too much light in the hallway it was glaring into our room through the night. It was not that clean. Fair price would’ve been about $105.

Location and price even though they charged $20. Extra. Staff was nice and facility seemed safe.

That I had to wait till exactly 3:00 to get a downstairs room, but a man came behind me and got a downstairs room. Figure that one out. I explained that I had a bad knee, but would only give me an upstairs room for early check in. I get there tired and hurting, the key didn’t work, I asked a housekeeper for help because I didn’t not want to go up and down the stairs only to find a room that smelled of smoke

First room I was given was upstairs and it smelled like someone was smoking 🙃

Stairs to go up and down, was very inconvenient. No coffee maker in room and no coffee 24x7 Road noise was too much

Miss Christine she's one with the blonde it was very kind and the other Miss Christine had the brown hair very kind there was a bald headed man that was very rude on several occasions with me and Ms Christine or the other Miss Christine was there and just followed me you guys have cameras there was a very strange atmosphere I know a lot of people stayed there for a very long time and locals and they had their friends and friends with people that are managers but there was just some stuff that was not good but Miss Christine any other Miss Christine which was the managers were very kind pleasant that I have to say I enjoyed both of them that you have excellent employees with those two young ladies I applied for a position at motel 6 they were hiring I left my resume and both of you motels State Street North Santa Barbara West stayed at your this hotel I am visually impaired but I have experience in housekeeping as well as the medical field for over 38 years providing services to those that are disabled and our veterans I moved from Maryland to here to find my son and for employment so I applied at your establishment I was told that they had to wait for the the young lady was head of house cleaning to come in and they were going to talk to her then I was told they're not hiring when I went on your web page they were hiring but my resume is there the application is there and also I filed online like I said so other than that it's Christine is Christina good people and Lord bless them and everyone that works for motel 6

The bed was dirty and room not cleaned since 9/24. The linen smelled soiled/used , the sink had mens hair in it and around the faucet. The cable went out and completely out 4 hrs after checking in. The clerk ,Zen, she was rude and unprofessional. Instead of keeping the customer happy, she decided to be rude, expected Mee to stay in an occupied room without it being sterilized. She assigned Mee an occupied room in which my friend and I opened the door to a couple in bed, she refused to answer the phone when I was trying to let her know the cable was out. She ignored my call after standing in front of the office waiting for her to answer. She never did answer..

Not much room in the room. Two beds plus 3 guests with large suitcases was a squeeze.

Budget motel but for the price, it was very well maintained (except the drains that overflowed into our room so we had to be moved) but even that was well handled.

Tired rooms and right next to a motorway so way quite noisy and not easy to walk places.

I hate to be a negative Nelly but......the mattress was lumpy, the towels were threadbare and the water pressure was low. But damn the room was cute!

There’s only one microwave oven for all the rooms (and there are a lot of them!) the room was too small to place 4 people (2 adults and 2 children of 6)

The swimming pool is nice, big and clean. my children enjoyed morning swimming. The fridge is good sized, bigger than at most other places

Bed is mediocre... very thin mattress. No closet. Bathroom shower, too small. Mirror/sink are too dark and small.

Proximity to Santa Barbara.. wedding. Clean, everything worked . Refrigerator was great.

Bed wasn't comfortable, didn't sleep well. It was the springs; seemed uneven/bumpy. Door was hard to open and close. Keycard kept needing to be brought to the front desk to be reset.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Spacious (I got the single bed room). Fridge was nice.

Was only offered rooms on second or third floor we choose 2nd floor because they don't have an elevator so you got to hike all your stuff up those flights. Was kinda miffed also where she put us there is no parking anywhere near the room so no elevator and now a trek from the parking lot. The pillows and the bed were like rocks not everyone likes extra firm every thing. The bathroom vent was very noisy like it's on its last leg. The rooms are so small the 2 beds were almost touching each other differently not designed for 2 full size beds. I have stayed at many motel 6 locations and this was the smallest by far. The funny thing was the bathroom was huge it could have been half the size and made the bed area bigger.

Friendly staff quick check in and check out. The location was near what we were doing. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels.
