Attic unit (#5) has ceilings that are low and I was constantly banging my head. Also, I was switched from Courtney's place to the Seaport inn without consultation. Also, check in was scheduled at 3pm, but unit was not ready until well after 3.

    Location and pool were nice.

    Offer towels

The property was clean. More towels would have been great but we brought our own beach towel so that helped

The communication was was lacking when we had to switch our location from Courtney’s place to Seaport inn. We waited all day to get into our room on the second day. Only to find that basically we were to have gotten to use the room earlier. And no one had mentioned that the key would be under the mat. Finally had to call emergency number. To finally get in at seaport by three which was the regular check in time. Also there were no amenities at this location ie. Ice We enjoyed our stay in Key West but lousy parking on all accounts

Not much you can’t control how people walk upstairs.

We enjoyed our stay, only thing was I could hear the upstairs guests walking a little and when they left. But everything else was great!

I know Florida has palmetto bugs, but it was a little ridiculous there on the patio

Room was faded and overpriced. Staircase to the 2nd floor looks like it might collapse anytime; worry about how structurally safe it still is Pull out couch for my kids was incredibly uncomfortable; I personally spent half the night on it.

Overpriced and in reality has no nearby parking. Patio was like a bin store.

    • Stayed 3 nights

The property is overpriced for what it offers. There were cockroaches (OK it is in the tropics but...). Things like blinds that could not be adjusted were irritating. The patio was like a bin store, and really needed a few plants. The most annoying thing was that the property claims you can park nearby in non-resident spaces (which I did) but was (a) extremely difficult to find any space and (b) untrue. I got a massive parking fine for following these instructions. The reality is there is no nearby parking and the property description is misleading. Being away from the main property I never met the hosts.

The location was in a very pretty and historic part of the town. The pool and garden was nice.

Going upstairs with baggage was difficult but thanks to our check in helper she help carry our bags. That was very kind of her.I wish you had paper towels in the kitchen and was surprised at no oven. Bought a pizza and then realized no oven. Turned out okay anyway.

I was pleased that the pool was private. Going upstairs was a bit of a challenge but, okay. The staff was friendly and kept everything in order. I enjoyed the low keyed atmosphere. Will probably book again if I can get a down stairs room.

Parking was a headache as it was St Patrick’s Day weekend. The house is old but very clean. We were woken up as people came back from party (and started snoring) :).

We called ahead as we arrived after 3pm. The lady at the sister property Courtney’s was extremely kind and helpful. She allowed is to pick food for next day breakfast as we had to leave before the breakfast time started. Food was basic but still much appreciated. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

We traveled via the Key West Express and it was an easy walk here. It's a perfect 6 room B&B with a private bath and cute heated pool attached. We were just a short walk from our boat and Duval St. The housekeeper allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage and let us leave it there after check out before we boarded our boat for the return trip.

We really liked the place. I didn't remember though, to look for check-in instructions that I'd probably received months ago when I booked it, and since we arrived a little late, had a bit of an adventure trying to figure out how to get in. Lesson learned: read your email confirmations and instructions on the way into town. Staff were very friendly and helpful once I did reach them and check in was actually quite easy once I knew what to do.

Seaport Inn is a nice old Inn that still holds its historic charm. We only stayed a night, so we didn't get to enjoy it for long, but it was a comfortable, charming place to land.

The only thing that would have made are stay better was adding more kitchen utensils. It would be nice to have a corkscrew for wine and maybe some simple bar tools.
