There was a strange smell in the room and an air cleaner going when I went into the room. The previous guest had smoked in the room and the smell was still there.

They charge you for the 2 waters in the room and when down in the casino playing slots not one person come and asked me if I wanted a drink. Nobody brought us anything

They closed the gift shoft B-Iconic when Covid hit. Like to see it reopened.

The food is too expensive. Had to go to McDonald’s to get food husband and I had soup sandwich with french fries. We paid over $55.

Parking garage walk and elevator ride to rooms, Sportsbook needs help, need a waitress for drinks, a little more comfortable seating and specials to draw in some more people.

Room was large, clean, comfortable, very reasonable rates. Check in was easy, a little walk from the garage to casino floor to rooms elevator., but not bad, casino was not crowded, sports book could use a waitress for drinks.

2 things. First, the breakfast should have been included with the stay, something simple like the continental breakfast. Second, did not like the $100 security deposit hold on the card.

Bottles of water in the room had a $2 charge if consumed. Free drinks in the casino. But want to charge for water.

Didn't tell us that they don't clean rooms unless you stay for 3 days. We were there 3 nights... Had to ask twice to get more towels since they didn't clean our room.

The room was very impressive, probably comparable or better than some notable 5 star hotels, much better than average chain hotels. From door to shower room to hallway, they used a very high quality materials and the hotel's indigenous themed design was comforting.

Hotel amenities, parking, access were all excellent. Room, bed were great as well. The only issue is that the beds have a heavy comforter rather than a lighter blanket...so too warm for summer.

The layout of the building in general is a little winding and circuitous. It's a bit of a walk from the parking garage as well. It's not really convenient to much if you're not going to gamble.

Room was large, comfortable, and very quiet. I heard no neighbors next door or in the halls. Toiletries smelled wonderful, and the best part was the tall showerhead so my 6'2" boyfriend could fit under it. The cafe is open 24 hours, we had chicken wings, club sandwich, pretzel bites, onion rings. All delicious.

I pay more for the kingsize room because there is normally a small couch in it. This year the couch wasn't there even though the picture of the room showed it. I explained to the front desk that I had a bad back and couldn't sleep the full night on the bed. She claimed it was due to remodeling even though the room I was in looked the same as the years before minus the couch. She didn't offer to fix my problem, I had to ask for a rollout cot and then she informed me I had to pay for it. So what was I supposed to do at that point? Not get sleep on my vacation? Or pay more money on top of the $500 bill?

This is my 3rd year in a row staying at the casino for my vacation. It's always fun and relaxed. Everything is very clean.

The hotel was very clean as was the room. You could not hear your neighbors or anyone in the hallway not even a TV. We enjoyed the breakfast buffett.
