Did not realize music is played all the time. We left pool area to get away from it. Housekeeping was haphazard when it came to linens. Given a towel with red stain, dinghy washcloth, no face towels in one room. We had to change rooms because the elevator near our room made a screeching sound that woke my partner.

Shuttle to downtown was convenient and the drivers were informative. Pool area was nice with shaded areas. Staff were pleasant .Our king suite was very nice. Mimi was very helpful finding us a new room. Ability to use the property after checkout was helpful with a late flight.

The stairs are dark. The price should include some kind of breakfast. A door between the toilet and rest of bathroom would be really helpful

Our room was only cleaned 2 days we were there . By 4 o’clock no cleanup and by that time we were coming back from the day for showers and having to call for towels , made it a little aggravating. Our check in wasn’t ready at 4:30 so we needed to wait after a full day of travel and front desk didn’t see me to be trying to make things better . Could have offered us a drink or something for things not being ready just not super welcoming . Overall a good trip.

Location was little off the main path . You needed to drive or catch a shuttle to downtown. The hotel is right across the street from Smathers beach which was nice and easy access. The pool was really nice but always seem to be waiting for towels , poolside smoothies and popsicles were a hit with the kids .The food was pretty good.

miss matched buildings where he had to constantly go up and down flights of stairs, around corners, down the hallways, and to get to the pool or the restaurant you had to go through the reception area

For what we paid for the room, I thought the room amenities could have been better. Like spa robes, higher end toiletries. Some of the drawer “faces” were coming undone and the baseboards need to be repaired since there were tiny ants making their way thru to my dogs food bowl.

The location was right across the street from Smathers Beach and located on the SouthEast side of Key West (the less crowded side-IMO). Also, they were dog friendly.

Charging a fee for everything. I paid high dollar for the king suite and still paid extra fees.

I am being charged almost $300 more than what I was told the price would be and the front desk staff (one particular lady) was rude

The tv would not always show channel details or load up the hotel account info. Minor inconvenience only.

The suite was nicely laid out with separate bedroom and living room. Nice view of the sunset and partial ocean. Great pool, bar, restaurant area. Smathers beach right across the road and easy to cross. Dedicated hourly shuttle to old town and driver John was very funny and informative, super helpful!

Didn't like that there was a busy road separating the hotel and the beach. Pictures look like the hotel is beachfront.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Great if you don't want to be in the busier part of Key West. Beach was beautiful in front of hotel..but pictures are deceiving as it looked like the hotel was directly on the beach. It is across a very busy road which was the only thing I didn't like about this hotel. If you want to be in the more touristy areas of Key West..this hotel isn't for you. The downtown area is more where the action is. This hotel is about a 5 minute drive from the downtown area. Great though if you would rather be on the beach. The room was huge and the bathroom was bigger than any one I have ever seen at a hotel.
