Had to keep getting our key fixed to get into the room every night and after Disneyland you just want to get inside. Also, lots of yelling and loud noise at night. No shower pressure.

Upon my arrival the receptionist said she was getting ready to cancel my reservation. Check in time starts at 3pm and I arrived at exactly 8pm as I had stated when I booked my reservation. When I asked why, especially since the hotel confirmed that me arriving at 8pm wouldn’t be an issue, she stated that sometimes 3rd parties don’t notify the hotel of arrangements made. Notified or not, I still don’t think an 8pm arrival time shouldn’t had warranted a cancelation without a courtesy call. I mean at least wait until midnight like most hotels do. But At any rate, I was still able to check in and everything was ok going forward.

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights bed was never made no clean towels were available went to front desk they didn't have any I reserved 2 rooms for our family both rooms never got serve we were on bottom floor room above us were stomping around it was hard to sleep. Trash was never picked up so had an over abundance in room by the time we left

The downside is that no one came to clean our room the entire 3 days we were there. The bathroom shower curtain is about 2 inches away from the shower so when you shower, water spills everywhere. The hotel needs to fix that ASAP. Also, we ran out of tissue paper within minutes after we checked in. There was no hand soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom.We had to buy some basic stuff at the Target store nearby. The Hotel pool and hot tub were freezing cold the whole time.

The location is perfect if you are heading to Disneyland. It is about 1.6 miles away from the property. It is also easy to get Lyft ride to Disneyland. The price is good if you are not trying to spend too much on a hotel. The bedrooms have extra security lock on the inside so even if someone try’s to open the door with the hotel key they can’t get in unless you unlock the lock from the inside. We had an issue with the sink within minutes when we checked in but the hotel staff immediately gave us another room and apologized. The staff there are really nice and will help you anyway they can.

First room had a musty smell so the receptionist changed our room and the second room was good. The shower rod holding the shower curtain should be lowered and closer to the shower wall. While showering the curtain was of no use as a barrier to the water. The result was that the floor was wet after our showers and we had to use towels to soak up the water so we wouldn't slip. Possible liability for your hotel that can be avoided.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Heater worked well. Quiet at night.

I was a little disappointed when we were getting ready for bed and there was long hairs in the sheets which made my daughter uncomfortable and she slept on top of the bedding.

The draw back on hardwood floors is that although they look clean, they aren't. My feet got super dirty! Also, don't stay downstairs if you're a light sleeper! Staff was great and moved us upstairs and we got better sleep.

Pretty good location. ART is across the street. Pool and hot tub open 24/7 which makes it great for vacationing families getting back late from a day at Disney, but wanting to relax in the hot tub. Rooms were good. They actually had housekeeping come to your room to make your beds and refresh towels (which a lot of places stopped doing due to covid). Upstairs has tubs, downstairs walk in shower.

They didn't have the continental breakfast as it was going through some renovations. Would of been nice to have continental breakfast..that's about all I have to say.. other than we enjoyed the Hotel.

Quiet place and close to amenities. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Pool and hot tub was a bonus for relaxation for the family I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family
