My room was noisy. I could hear the people in the room next to me as if they were in the room with me Not exaggerating. Also the people upstairs from me I could hear every footstep. Paper thin walls to the extreme.

Location is good with the Convention center and Disneyland close.

noise and I was told I could check in early. I went there on Wednesday to ask and Friday I was told I wouldn’t have any problems checking in early when I got there I was charged another $60 bucks to check in early not what I was told..

Bad location, hard to get to. Not as advertised. Requested a early check in a month before arrival and never received a reply, upon arrival was denied a early check in. Unsecured parking.

The other guests were really loud, but only in the weekends, and I believe it's because local schools have recently graduated.

We got there, checked in, went to our room, and there were other people already living in it. Went to go talk to the about it, and their excuse was that that tenant had the same last name as me so they got my room, and I now had to take the one they had booked. Already furious, I decided to check out the room. Not only was is far worse of a room than what I had originally booked, but the only furniture inside was a bed and nightstand. Horribly dirty, feels like a very unsafe and uncomfortable area, and they seem to allow just anyone in.

That they bathroom floor was dirty and had hair that was not even my color all over it. And that there was only one light for the whole main part of the room. Other than those two smalls things, everything was great.

I liked how there was a fridge & microwave. The girl that checked me in was great. She was very efficient, kind and articulate. I would gladly stay there again & again. I will be telling all my friends about my experience.

The doors in room 207 were kind of not really able to close all the way and when we came back key card stopped working so we just had to go to the front desk to reset it I believe

Everything Richard was able to check me in on such short notice as the place we were supposed to stay at were so rude and so thank you for saving my bday trip and everything was fantastic the lady also at front desk was so nice really nice customer service thank you so much would definitely stay here again whenever I'm in la for a short trip

The vibe was not inviting. Bed uncomfortable, blankets were horrible, absolutely no hot water or pressure. Just will not stay again... ill pay extra next time for sure..

The pool n laundry. The pool n jacuzzi I understand bc of the COVID. I was wondering why the washer n dryer were not open at all.

The staff here are wonderful n very helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location is a plus along with The Happiest Place ( Disneyland)!!! This place to unwind n relax bc it's quiet n drama like noisy neighbors.

Everything the manager was very rude! Also he used his manager key to unlock our room, accusing us for being refunded for the room, which was not true,he walked right into our room during a intimate time.He didn’t even check his facts before entering our room. Did not knock on the door, he walked right in unannounced. I will never stay here ever again. Or recommend this place.

The room was super dirty! The carpet was disgustingly dirty with lots of stains. Beds also had dirty stains on them!

First room was flithy. Got locked out of my room every nite waited over 2hrs to get in .Next night same thing they said i checked out which i didn't it was from the nite before and they had to get me new keys. One of the beds when we pulled the covers back look like dog hair all over it.

received multiple bed bug bites after staying here. no hot water for shower or sink, dirty towels on floor upon arrival, loose electrical outlets, missing base boards, stains on sheets.

That housekeeping took a comforter to wash and we never got it back even after multiple times asking we were told night audit didn't have a key to get another one, after being told I'll bring you one in a few minutes! The Night Audit lady just never showed up!
