A tea option should be available for guests in the rooms. The staff were accommodating in providing hot water, not everyone drinks coffee.

The location was very convenient, the staff helpful and courteous. The free apples, cookies and water on each landing was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable.

I knocked them down a little because the valet parking is expensive and the hotel seemed understaffed during our stay. They only had 2 people cleaning rooms, so a few people were checking in and waiting in the lobby for rooms to become available. The next day we needed our garbage taken out and coffee restocked, but I never saw anyone cleaning rooms on our floor. I had the door tag on our room for housekeeping, but by late in the afternoon nobody had come so I had to call the front desk to ask about this. It seems housekeeping service is not a standard thing for overnight guests? The front desk staff is very friendly though and clearly willing to do whatever needed to keep guests happy, and our issues were resolved quickly.

Stayed here 2 nights to visit Dartmouth College and overall we were very happy with our stay. The location is fantastic, the room was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. We will surely return to this hotel when we visit our son over the next 4 years.

Staff was not particularly friendly like the staff at the Hanover Inn Also, stayed four nights and told that sheets were changed after the third night. We were fine with that but thought housekeeping would still come into the room each day to freshen it up - provide fresh towels as needed, make the beds, replenish the coffee, etc. That did not happen.

Room decor was fantastic - love the new color scheme. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the easy access to water, snacks, and ice. Coffee machine in room fanrastic. Location in the center of Hanover.

Extra large towels, free water, snacks, coffee & afternoon cookies were all a nice bonus. In site bar & restaurant helpful to have in a pinch.

Very nice hotel and well located. Beds were super confortable and the room was very clean. The entire hotel was clean.The staff was curtious from the cleaning maid to the front desk staff as well as the valet. We would go back anytime.

The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms were modern, charming and comfortable. Every area of the hotel was gleaming and clean. The hotel also has its own bar/restaurant and the food was delicious. The only negative was there seemed to be not enough staff so it took a little bit for the food. It was worth the wait though. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay!

The hotel and rooms were very clean! I especially liked having the Nespresso machine in the room! They provided unlimited bottles of water, cookies, and apples which was very convenient. The staff was so friendly and were very knowledgeable about the area and things to do.
