THE CARPET IN THE ROOM WAS TORN. THE SPA WAS OUT OF ORDER WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION AT TIME OF CHECK IN. THE OUTSIDE WAS BEING PAINTED AND THAT SHOULD HAVE COME AFTER THEY FIXED THE ROOMS WHERE CUSTOMERS STAY .

I paid a hidden fee and was told I would get that back , if I knew I was paying that much I probably would have stayed somewhere else

I love this place - This is the only place I will stay at when I come to visit family in Idaho. Staff is extremely nice and caring. The rooms are extremely roomy, comfartable and I love the big showers.

Walls were dirty, carpeting throughout the property was FILTHY. The pool area had bandaids and garbage laying around plus my kids all agreed the water tasted funny like worse than normal pool water and my youngest refused to get in it again after tasting it once (he swims in pools a lot so this is significant). The breakfast was lacking substance and there was no where to sit and eat, even in the room there was nowhere to sit other than on the bed and kids eating on the bed isn't smart. And with how gross the carpeting was we certainly weren't sitting on the floor to eat. The couches and chairs everywhere looked like animals had been using them they were so dirty and misshapen- even from a distance you could see the filth. Overall this property could use a serious overhaul. Even at the low price, it was not worthwhile.

The pool was indoor and the bedding seemed clean. The staff were friendly. Doors all locked properly... it met the ultra most basic of expectations.

The noise that comes from the freeway is just too much. I have poor hearing and it was still overwhelming. The room was clean. Hallway and stair carpet desperately needs to be cleaned. There is no where to eat in the breakfast area, no tables or chairs, just an empty room. I am sure some of this is due to Covid, but I thought we were beyond that. You have to take the food to your room. Seems like that would make more work for the housekeepers.

The location is good and bad. It is close to the freeway. Breakfast was adequate.

That the hot tub jets weren't working very well and sometimes way to much chlorine..but overall great stay.

Housekeeping was great!!😁 We didn't want any service except towels and a few items but were still great!! The front desk staff were great as well...very welcoming 🥰..Thank you for the great stay and will be returning!!

They took out $100.00 dollars out of my credit card that I didn’t owe. I called about it and said I would be reimbursed. and it would take about 15 days to get my money back. Have not gotten it back yet. I’m on a limited income and need my money returned to me.please give it back now.

The hair dryer didn't have heat, it appeared to be just blowing air so it took a long time for me to dry my hair. It did warm up eventually, but was only warm not hot.

The room was smaller than other places we've stayed, but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast had a lot of options. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and orange juice, which you don't often find at other establishments.

I arrive around 2000 hours, after making reservations and was not allowed to register nor stay............... Reason I was given: I lived too close to the motel. I explained my predicament that I was not allowed to stay at my home due to mold contamination - Doctors orders........ and that I had an oxygen generator that I would be using during my stay. Told rules were rules! I asked if they had any suggestions - all I got was shoulder shrugs

The staff were very understanding when we called for a later check in and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was exactly what was described when reserving it. The sheets were clean and the bed was made just fine. There weren't any missed messes on the tables, counter tops, or carpet. The location of the hotel was only a short drive to our venue and is very close to many restaurants as well. I will definitely be staying here next time I need a hotel in the area.
