Ceiling fan coated in dust to the point I wouldn't turn it on for fear of it getting all over. Second night was sleepless due to fights outside from "residential" customer. Unable to reach front desk for assistance.

Nice design for large family traveling. Plenty of parking. Grounds were well kept.

I was visiting family, so the location was perfect. The bed was comfy, as well as the room. I stayed in the back of the complex, so i was next to the grill and wooded area, and that was very nice.

Has to wait 20 minutes to check in. No one at all in lobby. No hot water in bathroom sink area. Door was partially unhinged. Struggled to get in and OUT of room. Old French frie under chair. Lots of chipped paint and torn furniture. Asked for new towels. Was told I had to bring dirty ones to lobby to get new ones. Then they had no hand towels. A big disappointment.

It was dirty, food on the walls, finger prints everywhere, someone else’s hair everywhere! Mold in the vents, housekeepers were smoking cigarettes while cleaning the rooms. Waited 30 minutes after I came in a hour after check in. The person at the front desks shift was over and he just left… everyone is the waiting area until someone showed up. Ended up buying cleaning products and cleaning myself. Coffee filter was so old who knows how long it was in there!

I liked that it was close to everything. The kitchen did have pots and pans.

The door was essentially stuck. We called the manager, and she said it just a little stuck. I essentially had to throw myself against the door to open it which is completely unacceptable. The dishwasher beeped until I found the circuit breaker and turned it off. The staff was friendly but very short staffed and morale seemed low. Overall I doubt I would stay here again and feel I should get a refund. This is the 2nd worst hotel I've stayed. My wife could barely open the door because of it being "stuck". I would be interested in management contacting me.

The horel was right beside the event we were attending.

The lights didn’t work in the dining room we didn’t have no silverware we had to go to the office to get silverware front desk. The fireplace didn’t work they had to replace it take the whole fireplace out put another one in.

One bed had long black hairs in it. Quite obviously it was not fresh linens. Front desk people told me to send my invoice to sonesta for points credit but they were denied because I booked through 3rd party.

Location was wonderful. Accomodations were great,beds were comfortable.

The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were either filthy dirty or stained beyond belief. We all agreed to keep our socks on when we saw those Everything needed updating. I only chose this hotel because I was just at the Sonesta in Downtown Chicago where the rooms were outstanding, clean, and updated. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I asked what time breakfast was and they said we only serve coffee. So we had to go out to breakfast. The room was scary dirty or maybe just super old. I wish I had known how outdated it was.

The room was dirty, and there were cockroaches so had to leave my luggage in my car and I’m 56 with back problems and they put us on a top floor where I had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs every time we left the room, worst place I’ve stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotels, would not recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly for us the beds were supposed to queens ended up having to sleep on floor and couch to be comfortable few bugs in the showers. Just the whole conformability of the stay wasn’t as comfortable as we liked it to be with 2 kids
