There was a large, loud argument outside of our room. I’m not sure who is allowed to rent at this location, but I’m amazed at what we paid that it was affordable for many of the clients. The breakfast was less then acceptable and not refreshed everyday.

The location for our needs was good. The front desk staff was extra friendly and helpful.

Only a few minor things It had a weird smell as soon as I walked in but it’s cool I cleaned my room as soon as I checked in. The Sheets and covers Wasn’t clean. It had some stains, we only had one remote with 3 TV’s I had to go home and bring my own Tv . And The WiFi was Trash . And my air was working the first night but wasn’t working the second night.

Very Spacious I’ve been here plenty of times years ago. It’s been 2years since I been here.

There were cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets and also on our bed!!!!😱 The pool also needed more chlorine. It had a slight fishy smell. Carpet could also use a cleaning.

The second room we booked wasn't ready until way past 8 pm, our check in time was 3pm, and we received the run around twice and were told it was the cleaning staff's fault for being slow. After our 3rd attempt of getting the key, we were finally given a different room instead, but no incentive was offered for the inconvenience. Cleanliness definitely needs some improvement as well.

Breakfast was good, not always replenished but variety. Rooms are big and kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat a meal.

The territory of the hotel and our room were dirty, and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The hotel really should pay more attention to the cleaning service. We booked the room for two adults and one kid, but there was no third set of towels and sheets for the sofa bed. Fortunately, it was fixed after we contacted reception.

Overall - it was a good experience with a fair value-for-money ratio. The room size met our expectations, the staff was friendly, the facilities were convenient, and the breakfast was ok.

Needs to be cleaned a little more better than it was in the Suite. The site needs to communicate with Booking regarding deposit and hold half the price. On arrival my room wasn’t ready, there was an unexpected deposit for the room. I had to wait 30 minutes for my room.

The bedroom tv was ANCIENT, the outside of the building was VERY misleading and very much giving crack motel vibes so I was kinda scared nearing our sim but the room and breaking is what saved it!!

The set up of the rooms was nice. The balcony, the private door entrance, the room overall was EXACTLY like the advertised photos.

My window was on highway side, so there were extremely noisy.

The price and quality were worth it. Comfortable bad and pillows. Convenient location. Nice breakfast: I had yogurt, egg, apple and fresh made waffle.

Sonesta charged me 3 authorizations, which resulted in it taking almost all of my money for my trip. My room smelled like smoke when I entered the room. Sliding door dividing the bedroom from living room was broken. The living room window didn't have a stopper poll to ensure safety in case anyone tried to come in through the window. I had to use the hangers in the room to feel secure.

I liked access to a mini patio. Comfy bed. Good breakfast and nice staff. The room was neat.
