How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The fire alarm was going off every single day we were there? It would just randomly go off and we were stuck with listening to it for more than an hour. Staff didn’t really care that it was bothering others….
It was located in the middle of everything, next to the mall, next to great restaurants

No pool - under construction. Only one elevator that worked.
Location near FAU and ease of getting to the hotel. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Tub/shower did not drain. After 3 mins in shower, standing in ankle deep water. Loud cleaning staff in hallways - having conversations with one another from either end of hallway.
Location is great, close to FAU campus and easy access to 95.

I wish the room would have had a microwave so I could have heated up some food or coffee
The location was great. It was right off of I 95 and close to the mall and many restaurants.

A few areas show use and are not that finished but i would not complain about that. I was a bit disappointed that the employees at check in had no idea what restaurant would still be open late. That caused me to how exactly to the wrong ones and then end up with no place to go. Breakfast egg is a small portion I woudl need two but that would be too expensive.

Breakfast was a la carte, they had flood damage on bottom floor so rooms were all higher levels and only one small elevator for everyone.
Beds were really comfy, rooms were nice. I was staying with my teen daughter and felt safe there.

I asked a young lady at the front desk for towels she said there were none but would have some brought to my room. That never happened. Turned my good experience into just an ok experience. Do what your asked to do please

Servic and cleanliness was not to par for price and suite. I showed pictures to staff of how dirty sofa bed was. Not enough towels in room for a suite (only 2 towels). No blankets upon checkin for sofa bed. In order to get quick service I personally had to go down get items and clean myself. I did not see the desire to please guest at any time. In the end not even a minor discount of breakfast voucher for inconvenience.
The outdoor area by pool was nice to lounge at.

No food available in lobby, I thought it had a bar and restaurant. One worker came out for breakfast and said she was handling a group(we are the parents of the group) and one person called in sick, she could make me something but it looked to be an extreme hassle.

The area near the hotel is busy, situated between two very popular restaurants. Parking is difficult. The ice machine and laundry area is a trek if you stay in certain rooms. There is a lack of a defined "pet walking area" near all entrances/exits.
This is a cute, boutique hotel that was cheaper that the other options in the area. The price was excellent for the room used. The staff was accommodating for special payment requests. The TV had app access, so I was able to watch my streaming services.

The sink didn’t have any hot water. I did not have my room tidied up each day. I guess they don’t have enough workers. You have to be there six days to have you room tidied up. I was only there for four nights.
Convenient to many restaurants. I liked the fact that they had the shampoo, conditioner, and gel soap in large containers in the shower, instead of those little containers, that you have to open and close.

Carpet its dirty and old
The carpet by its dirty all over the price it high i guess is more that the hotel looking só its ok rooms are clean and they request 100 dollar deposit i am waiting for my refund
