The room was clean. The hallways and stairwells could use a little more attention.

The location of the hotel was convenient to most of the things we wanted to do. It was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

There was a substance like dried ketchup or something splattered in the hallway for our entire two night stay. Someone in the lobby was complaining they found bedbugs, luckily we did not. A towel had a gross stain on it that was pretty off putting. Trash outside was overflowing. The security locked door was propped open the majority of the time or not locked at all.

The AC worked great in our room. We were lucky to get an inside room as opposed to outdoor entry. Check in was easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. I messed up my reservation and they were very accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Rooms looked to be very old and cleaned gently.

The amount of noise we could hear from above us at night. I’ve never been to a hotel where I could hear that much. Kept me awake. And AC unit had a hard time keeping it cool in the room.

The rug is our room was stained and one of the stains was very sticky. In the bathroom, hair and dirt were just mopped into the corners and edges and left there.

The women at reception were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the woman working in there was very efficient and appeared to be a hard worker. The pool looked good but we did not have our swim suits. Beds were comfortable.

Room was outdated and the lobby area by pool had some pretty questionable people hanging out. It was a place to sleep. All the bedding and towels had been there since probably the 80s.

We were in the back portion of the hotel and the building was very old, with narrow hallways. But the rooms have been refurbished and they are nice rooms. Bathrooms are very small.

The hot tub wasn’t open

It’s nice how empty it is during the week day but it’s still nice!

The one swimming pool was shut down. The other in door pool was turning green.

The top cover on the bed was very dirty. Not the comforter, but the thin cover that goes over the comforter. We never leave that on when we sleep anyway, so that wasn't a problem. The comforter and sheets were clean.

Breakfast was hot and tasty. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were as to be expected for the rate they charge. Not luxurious, but a nice, comfortable, safe place to stay.

Air conditioners did not cool room. Ran out oof towels. Could not find anyone to get towels. Pool did not have towels.

Outside doors did not shut on their own. Room had a musty smell. Mold around base of tub.

Our A/C unit struggled a time or two, and I could not connect to the internet during peak hours.

They kicked us out of the pool after they told us it closed at 11. It wasn't very nice. The beds were on wheels and if you barely even touched them, it rolled across the room. The pictures made it look nicer than it was.

Only the first day ,we late check out I was call them they didn’t answer before at 9Pm I found them by phone call at 6pm? They didn’t help us we can not find room that day I feel so bad we did 10 hours driving ,

Swimming pools where not clean

They did not use clarifying chemicals in pool , while the chlorine was adequate you could not see the bottom of a fairly shallow pool. While it clearly states no pets: there was dog poo on the indoor pool deck, it was still there 2 days later, major ick factor. Also there was one individual who worked counter who felt I was a bother when I ask for towels so I could take them rather than go to room and cll for them, played like she did not know what type of towels I needed and made some snappy comments in her first language assuming I could not understand. I did. No big deal, just know.

The beds were very comfortable, any problem I brought up was addressed. The breakfast was delicious and the morning hostesses was always cheerful and helpful.
