Room needs some TLC. Floor molding was coming off the wall. Shower pull up still allowed a tremendous amount of water to come out of the spout filling the bottom of the tub with water while showering.

Excellent location for concerts at Spartanburg Auditorium. Bar was open late and had a great atmosphere. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

No free wifi! Had 2 pay for it or b part of the rewards club. Not enough washcloths & towels. Only had 2 washcloths & 3 towels in our room.

Actually nothing, if they had more staff it would have been even better. The current staff was courteous and accommodating.

Great space, convenient parking and on site bar on.Christmas Day which saved us.

The heat felt cool. Once i turned it up to about 82 it warmed the room. A little difficult to get the heat right. It was a cool night!

Location is great! The Christmas tree is absolutely stuuning! IThe room was very clean and comfortable.

coffee shop needs so much more availability, ice machine on 5th mold on it. room freshen up, which is more than we have had in any other hotel in the last 3 years, should have given us free ice bucket liner and fresh glasses

2 queen beds. one supper comffy the other bad, loved loved seeing vet day parade from window. lg room lr bath room the bar area was very large our party of 20+ met there 3 nights in a row we had plenty of room felt very safe. all items in our room safe

There was a little maintenance and updating needed in the rooms and vending/ice areas. The food was really good, but drinks and food were pricey. We thought there was room service available, but it was not when we were there.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent.

They didn’t have bedding for the pull out in our room and we didn’t have enough wash cloths in our room. However, to be fair, they were completely sold out due to a basketball conference and debutante ball.

I always find it convenient when there are things such as microwaves and mini fridges in the room. I had to pretty much eat my leftovers cold the next day. I also needed some toothpaste but it wasn't available in the market. Lastly the ice machine wasn't working. These are small things and while they wouldn't keep me from visiting again, I would have appreciated these things since I spent majority of my time in the room.

It was a really nice hotel. I felt safe. Although the area seemed small, I felt as if the hotel was placed closed enough to restaurants and other need places such as Target. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was most gracious and offered to upgrade my queen room to a king once she saw I was alone. That was indeed the highlight of my trip.

The entrances are NOT marked well. If you put in the address provided by Bookings, it takes you to the banquet entrance. It is very dangerous and confusing to correct this mistake. please add more lights and way-finders to parking areas.
