The front staff was not too friendly, perhaps they were tired but, we barely received greetings and non existing smiles. Breakfast needs improving specially the sausages and eggs. Cereal selection was very limited.

The spacious room and the cleaning staff were always nice. The pool have good hours and they had plenty of towels readily available. Coffee was great and the pastries. security measures were also great .

Breakfast was sub par. The oatmeal was always watery. The hot breakfast selection didn’t have much variety day to day. The cut fruit selection looked like it had been put out several days in a row and no variety from day to day. Should leave waffle maker part of the offering everyday. Should check out your competitors bfree breakfast( Homewood Suites)

The amenities were decent. Bed was clean and comfortable and the temperature control on the water was good.

The entrance into Hotel was in a section of street that was for only 1 direction, there is a backway into the property, but it takes a little time to figure it out.

Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, Breakfast was good, with sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy. also had waffles, cereals and muffins. Staff was freindy.

the description on booking.com says the hotel has an electric car charger, but it does not. this was very disappointing since it was the reason we booked this hotel.

The bed was much harder than I was expecting. I’ve stayed at Springhills in other cities and never had an issue with the beds at all. If you like a firm bed, you’ll have no issues staying here! We were also told that they would not be cleaning our room while we were there which was fine with us but when we returned the following day from activities, the bed was made and towels were gone. It wasn’t upsetting in the least, i just didn’t like being told no one would be in our room and then they were.

This is a smaller hotel so we didn’t deal with anyone being loud or noises from other rooms and we were on the first floor right by the pool and gym, so i expected to hear loud noises. The location was excellent for us as we were in town for a concert at the Walmart Amp, and it’s just two exits down. Under a 5 minute drive! I was also impressed with the shower and how hot the water got. The staff was very nice as well.

Was located on the main drag so mornings at 5:05 the same biker or trucker flew by and woke me up, no fault to the Hotel. Weekends when the kids were running the hallways trying to beat the elevator.

Breakfast was suitable. Room was big for 1 person. Roomservice was there almost every day over the stay of 30 days. Location was perfect as far as Restaurants, 5 in walking distance. Connection to major Highway was only 100 meters away. Hotel personnel were all courteous to all the guests, as far as I heard or saw.

Construction on main road right outside hotel, made it hard to get in and out.

Nice room and friendly staff. Liked that they were still doing breakfast where some hotels are not.
