You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms were spacious & equipped with room facilities. E.g microwave, mini kitchen etc. The staff were friendly. The hotel was local to Jersey Gardens Mall & 30 mins from New York, driving. It was also free parking, which was great.

United StatesFor some reason the hotel would never answer my questions about the shuttle on the booking.com messaging system. I finally had to get customer service involved to get an answer about how to get the shuttle. The shuttle took a long time to arrive. The carpet is very ugly and decor all dated.
It's a ten minute shuttle drive to and from the airport. Shuttle is free and 24 hours. People at the front desk and shuttle drivers were very nice and efficient.

- Shuttle bus picked us up from the airport train station free of charge, we just had to call them. - The next morning we boked a shuttle to the airport for 6am. No worries at all, all free of charge. - Sofa bed in the room was good. It meant the kids didn't have to share a bed - The nearby Marriott hotel had hot food and cold beer, which was very welcome after a long day. It was just a couple of parking lots over, so we could walk there easily
