Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThis is a proper airport hotel, where u can have a good night sleep but if u are looking for a stay for visiting the city and all, it won't be that good. They don't have a restaurant so getting food at off hours is not possible, they however allow outside food delivery which if we know the vendors is helpful

United StatesCold tea water in the lobby at the coffee station at 4:20 am when I really needed it. I was told when I called that the shuttle was every 15 minutes. I was surprised when I scheduled for a morning shuttle it was every half hour.
Our shuttle driver Javier was fantastic. Excellent driver, engaging, happy at 4:30 am. Fun music choice. He made a great beginning to our day!

United StatesI actually booked this because of the pool, for my kids. Their pool was so gross! It was dirty that in our 3day 2night stay there, I didn’t see anybody used the pool. Their pillows were uncomfortable. I asked for more bath towels and the front desk lady had to ask me why and how many people were in our room because there are some already there. I saw those but things with kids happen! They said okay and they understand but did not send the towels!
I liked it was close to the the train stations if you decide to drive instead of taking their shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was okay. Our room was clean, and we were almost close to the elevator and down to the parking.
