The breakfast could’ve been handled a little better for late comers it was like first come first serve as opposed from this time to this time

The elevator was broken, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and the pool was shut down “until further notice”. The room smelled like a wet stall room. It was so bad I literally threw up.

Some of the staff was friendly and the location was good for the area.

Rooms were dirty. Found a cockroach crawling on the floor. Bathroom sink was cracked. Couch was torn, carpet was dirty.

Rooms could of been cleaner as in floors and couches had stains. The shampoo bottles in bathroom should always be refilled mine was empty so thank goodness I brought my own

Bed was broken, lights didn’t work in the room, very dirty couch and pull out bed. Dirty mattress and broken elevator. Breakfast was terrible.

Not much other than location. Very dirty, bed was broken and leaning so we were virtually falling off. Couch and pull out bed were filthy and bugs were present.

Someone dog was barking. The air conditioner made a loud nose the entire night. Also I could here the guest beside me shower at 5 am. And the wash clothes were dirty that was in my room. The pool was closed, I book the a day ahead I feel like the hotel rep should have told the guest that the pool was closed.

The staff did listen to my request and put me and my friends on the same floor. Breakfast was also good

Stains on lamp shades, room smelled like Marijuana (very bad), couch was nasty, piece missing in ceiling (see wires), no tissues in tissue holder, no cups, countertop strained, and the reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and it is closed for the summers

Check in at the hotel set the tone for my stay. I arrived later than my anticipated check in time due to severe thunderstorms and construction. I called central reservations and the property to let them know I would be arriving late. When I finally got to the hotel the front desk attendant informed me that although my reservation was noted that I had a late arrival she placed our reservation as a no show charged the card on file because she has to close her books and run her nightly report. I told her I called and let the hotel front desk know I would arrive until after 2am as I was driving from Florida which is an 11he drive to Hampton, VA. She asked me who did you speak to and I told her I wasn’t sure but I did call in as my reservation was noted. I didn’t want to argue w/ the attendant because it was 3:40AM and I just wanted to go to my room and sleep. Her attitude was defensive but because I stayed calm the situation didn’t escalate. No shows don’t call and let you know their check in is late. They just don’t show. I didn’t mind the charge because I had every intention of staying at the hotel. It was her attitude and the way she interacted w/ us upon checking in. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to let someone know.

Facilities are dated. I've stayed at other springhill suites but they seem very dated for what I've experienced in other states. But its still a good hotel

Had only one elevator working,both days very inconvenient.

The pool does not work, one of the elevator does not work and the washing machine has been broken for a while. They let my sister in my room without my permission and gave her a key. I was highly upset with everything they sold my room out while I was staying in there for 2weeks
