I wish they offered more for the breakfast such as eggs and bacon maybe raisin toast.

The room is very nice and clean. I love coming here with my family because it's quiet and we love the kids pool it's perfect for small kids.

It was very windy, rainy, and cloudy the majority of the time we were there (nothing the hotel could do about that 🙂) and it was pricey, but seems like any decent place you go is anymore.

One of my favorite vacation hotel rooms, plenty of room and beautiful view from the balcony (during the 2 days it was not cloudy or rainy)! Within walking distance to several restaurants and to a great spa, and decent sized beach as well.

The breakfast was amazing. I loved it! The staff was amazing wonderful my birthday was in April, but didn’t come to celebrate until May. They gave me a birthday cake. That was an amazing surprise. Thank you so much Springhill suites for making my birthday, the best trip ever!

You could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjoining rooms but nothing that a white noise machine didn't cancel out at night.

The hotel was bright and clean. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was easy. Our room was huge and had a great view of the water. Breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed an afternoon cocktail at the tiki bar.

Please consider turning off the kiddie pool area when not in use as the noise takes away from listening to the gulf. Noisy neighbors.

The property itself was great but the added charges after we left the property was seemingly deceitful. We received an email of the final charges which was what we expected but more was taken out of our account for drinks that we never purchased.Our email of what we were suppose to pay never included charges for drinks so we feel that someone was trying to benefit dishonestly.We were informed of this after we returned home and we called the hotel to inquire about it.Transparency up front would be appreciated.

Housekeeping was scheduled every other day. I think that for the price of the room we should have got fresh sheets every other day. The second time that housekeeping was scheduled, we were in the room. They said they’d come back later, but never did. They hung a plastic bag on the outside doorknob with clean towels, but didn’t come in to sweep the floor or make the bed. Housekeeping could have been better. Also, they only left enough coffee for one cup in the morning. We had to keep going to the front desk to ask for more coffee packets.

The only issue we had, is we got housekeeping on the wrong day. You are supposed to get housekeeping every other day of your visit, they missed a day for us, we called the front desk and they got it taken care of though.

I know everyone is complaining about the breakfast but we actually enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were very clean, the whole hotel smelled lovely. Overall, it was a good experience!

No over-head lighting options made it hard to do makeup while getting ready but nice for rest & relaxation

The room was spacious and comfortable. We also loved the pools and access to the beach. Finally, all the staff were so friendly from check in through check out. I would definitely stay there again!
