Especially awful service at the bar and particularly bad bartender. I cannot recall another place where a bartender service was as poor as there. I sat at the bar stool waiting for service for about 15 minutes. Others also sat and waited and some just left after not being served for a while. But, surprisingly, there were some patrons that had drinks. Having been disregarded by the bartender, I had to go and wait in line (yes, there was also a line for restaurant customers who wanted to get a drink - not sure why waiters couldn’t get their drinks), and after additional 5-7 minutes I was finally able to get a beer. The bartender also wanted a tip for service like that.

Generally, a clean property. Location is not the best, but three is a private shuttle to the mountain and it runs well. Some of the staff were really nice and helpful, but others were not so much.

Everything in the village is very expensive as you'd expect from a Ski Resort. From the water from vending machines to food in the restaurants, expect upcharges everywhere. The happy bar specials at Mulligans are good value though.

The shuttles made traveling between the lodge and ski slope very easy and convenient

Property was fine. Will never book thru Booking.COM again. Had to leave 1 day early. Hotel would have refunded. Booking.Com does not. Never again.

Coffee and breakfast service was late and sub standard.

The price worked, but I'm at a loss for what "Delux Room" stands for. Zero extra space, no refrigerator, and no microwave. Two queen beds- were these even queen beds? Yes, it worked, but could have been much better. Nice staff and the place was packed.

Great location. We have been in the area many times previously. We were camping, and with the rain on Sat. this was a last-minute reservation.

There was a hole in our screen and bugs everywhere in our room and the maintenance man came and duct taped it then the next morning when we went to take a shower it was ice cold. We took ice cold showers. We still have not heard from the manager nor have we received a refund for an inconvenience at the spa and they only gave us a $50 gift card. Even though he needed stitches. Very disappointed in this place will not come again

Convenience to everything. The hot tub us awesome.

The common areas need an upgrade. The furniture, the game center (does it really make sense to charge for the games?)

Perfect location, the shuttle works great Good room size, asked for an extra bed, there was more than enough room for it Breakfast was good but could be better

We arrived during the week in the summer. There were very few people and really no activities on the mountain. We used the hot tub and sauna as well as the arcade room. We had to drive a bit to find dinner the first night. The breakfast was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful with local information.

facility is old and very dated. Our bath room had disabled bathroom with a sink without a place to allow for place to rest toiletries. The worst part was shower which yo were required to use handheld shower head. Ridiculous, u less you had a helper to shampoo your hair and apply soap to your face.

I was put in a handicap room even though I did not ask for one.

Breakfast was very good, however if you could improve on making sure you do not run out of items and that the coffee is always full I think that would be all you need to do to make it an exceptional experience.

The breakfast is average and did not change from day to day. On a busy day the staff had trouble keeping up with the demand .The sausage needs to changed! Potatoes are tasteless. The eggs were generally okay. Pastry was available but not always fresh.

Coffee, large room, great view. There was fresh fruit available, yogurt, variety of juices. Hot dishes.

The breakfast was pretty lame, lacking healthy food. There had a been an ice storm while I was there, and took the shuttle to the base area only to learn that only 1 lift would be running, and not until after 10:00. The lines reminded me of skiing in the 1970's! The hotel could have informed people at breakfast, in the lobby, or getting on the shuttle of this situation. It would have changed my plans. Communication could have been much better

. Good location The room was very nice. It had been recently renovated
