The website said free parking but there was none. Did not find out until we arrived. We were afraid to leave our vehicle on the street. Area of hotel was in a very dangerous place. And there was no place to park on street anyway.we did not stay

    No breakfast. Never entered property.

Lovely, clean, private haven in a great location. Tree-lined street. A gem. Best for 1 person.

Hmmm..... having a hard time coming up with anything I didn't like. It's would be impossible negotiating access for someone with a wheelchair or for someone who uses walking aids. Accessibility may be challenging for some people because there is no elevator to the second floor, and there are some narrow passages. This will not bother anyone who is able to walk without aids. I also wouldn't recommend this unit if you are someone who likes to cook your meals for yourself. The "kitchen" is a New York apartment "kitchen;" It has a tiny stove top and some essentials (glasses, a couple knives and forks), but I'd steer clear of this rental if you want to cook for yourself in lieu of going out to eat.

There's much to like. Apartment: It is very well maintained--clean, well-stocked, they thought of everything essential to a pleasant visit. It felt to me as if it had been professionally cleaned for my visit by someone who truly knows the art of cleaning The key system is not a physical "key." Rather. it is two codes--one for the front door of the building and one for the apartment itself. When you think about it, that's critical for the traveller who has had some missed connections and is arriving in the middle of the night. You don't have to connect with anyone for access to your apartment. Neighborhood: Don't let the words "near Times Square" throw you. It's a lovely, quiet tree-lined street (quiet for NYC), and it's especially quiet considering its proximity to Times Square. It's convenient to everything mid-town west. While this is a small unit, I was extremely comfortable. I never worried about my safety, and I was enchanted by the street. This place is ideal for a single traveller, male or female, and it will be too small for two people unless you're extremely compatible, as in partnered. Otherwise, you'd be in each others' way most of time you were here.

Even though there were a couple of issues I still love the apartment and the area.

I Saïd i would arrive around 4:30-5:00pm. Checkin time is 3pm. I couldn’t get in because she said I was early. I arrived at 4:30pm. Once I got in it was fine. I also asked for a late checkout. I was willing to pay a fee. I checked to see if it was rented for the night and it was not. I was told absolutely no! Not very accommodating. My TV never worked. I asked about that and she said unplug it and plug it back in. That didn’t work, they didn’t seem to care. Also beware there is a nice courtyard but you can’t sit out there. There’s no chairs and they don’t want you to.

The location is great, close to everything.
