We did not stay long due to a family emergency but overall the place was not advertised as it was online. We also didn't receive the correct room that we had booked due to none being clean.

Lying, deceptive employees. Run down property. Not enough pillows. No toilet paper for 24 hours, had to buy my own.

I ran out of toilet paper. The hotel ran out of toilet paper. Took 24 hours to get a new roll. Front desk lied to me about toilet paper four times in 6 hours. Residential hotel, so, different crowd than a normal hotel. Pool was big and clean. Tons of parking. They charge for everything except toilet paper. Quiet. Unfriendly staff. I think they are cheap on everything including getting good emlployees.

The room was covered in roaches... I had to go buy bug spray! There are women prostituting out of the hotel. I watched a girl go in and out of a room with 7 different men in one night, I'm not one to judge but be more discreet!

Room was not properly cleaned,Walls obviously dirty found a toy rat and garbage behind the dresser as well as lipstick stain on the bottom sheet.The room smelled like smoke,the furniture has alot of dust,closet smelled horrible.Did I mention the floor was dirty, the corners need a proper sweep.The mirror,however,was cleaned.The laundry room as well as the stairs leading to the laundry room was not cleaned either.Room was heavily infected with roaches. This property has alot of potential but the housekeeping aspect needs a thorough reveiw.

The customer service was great,from front desk to the gentleman doing grounds maintenance.

Prostitutes walk the grounds as well as luve there. Multiple drug dealers and users live there. people had their dogs in the pool leaving it black and went DAYS without being cleaned. changed owners while there that started to implement ridiculous "rules" instead of dealing with the real issues. Wifi won't work in the rooms. A wannabe rent a cop rubs around telling people what to do while stealing their things. This location is NOT safe especially for children. Hostage situation happened while there AND then a drive by shooting as well as several other incidents. Then on lesser side place won't refund deposit after switching owners saying if there's any spots on any linen yet don't have housekeeping and will charge you for clean linen yet never have any. This place is HORRID and needs to be shut down! Refused to give me all my money back after putting people in danger!!!

Loud and dangerous other guests. Interior very aged. No Phones in the Room. Only 5 Channels on the TV. Check In closes from 9pm to 9am. No feeling of safety.

The Staff is very nice and friendly. Great shopping location within footreach. 15min lyft ride to Universal and other locations. Bus stops right outside and easy to use. Fridge with Freezer and Microwave in the room.

The Kids run, scream play outside door and unsupervised. One lowerside hotel are people who live here yell and shout from 1 hotel building to another. Staff doesn't care other rooms are distributed by the hotel dwellers. Staff don't enforce respect others staying in other rooms with noise volume There prostitution in hotel and on street sidewalk

One the 1st day -we arrived the man with glasses at the front desk came off rude by telling me I had to wait UNTIL 4pm (ok, it was 12-12:30pm) just by me coming to the window. We hung around the building until about 2pm when some young ladies (White) got dropped off with luggage out a cab and CHECKED RIGHT IN , got their keys and left to their room. I IMMEDIATELY went to the man and said “Oh , do we STILL have wait UNTIL 4pm? “ He knew what I had seen…and said with an attitude “ No, if your room is available you can check in!” He looked away, and I said “Well, can you check? Meanwhile the place was damn near EMPTY, besides the people who lived there! He checked and said yes and gave me a room without the view I BOOKED. I took it because he said the one I booked wasn’t available. I felt his ENERGY was off when I first said Hello. No one should make anyone PAYING their money feel like they should beg for a service THEY PAID FOR. If you don't like other RACES or NATIONALITIES you shouldn't be working in a place that clearly has DIVERSITY!!! The sink got clogged that night- fixed the next morning ( which was great) but the tub ALWAYS had issues. Laundry room and Pool weren’t available to use. You had to pay for rooms to be cleaned or the towels and linens. The curtains looked like they weren’t washed in years. The were little bugs or flies but they would have an EXTERMINATOR come to Exterminate the rooms. It took me 2 weeks to get my DEPOSIT back and it's ONLY because I CALLED about it. Every Resort or Hotel I've stayed at has given the deposit back ASAP... you never have to call in.

If you are looking to stay for a few (3 or less) days- you’ll be fine!

Hotel is "under construction", but there are many "permanent" residents, looks like some are living many days there. It feels unsecure, you leave the room and randomly a shirtless dude appears and tells you that if you need a haircut, he can offer it to you for just 10$ in your room or his. You get what you pay, cheap payment = cheap hotel.

Staff were friendly, the hotel requested a 50$ deposit in cash, but I was leaving very early in the morning, so they didn´t charged me with the deposit (they couldn´t return my cash if they did). Staff was very helpfull and kind. Hot water and good room space.

I'm giving a low rating because there was no blanket on our bed, just a sheet, and I was travling with my 4 year old daughter. Also there is no elevator or clear signs to help find the rooms. I had to walk up a flight of stairs with my daughter and 3 bags, and it took a while to find our room because the room number are not in order. All the odd numbered rooms are on the inner side and the even number on the outter side facing the parking lot. Also I would not recommend booking this motel if you are going to arrive late because they close the lobby at 9pm. security is available to give you your room key but they won't let you enter the lobby which can be annoying when travling with a child.

The motel looked nice as far as motels are considered and the staff even held my bags for a few hours after check out while I waited on my dad to pick us up. The pool looked very nice but we could not use it due to contruction. Also it is located close to the airport.

It was difficult to charge our devices. They didn’t have enough outlets, and what was available worked poorly. The room was only non-smoking because guests were supposed to smoke outside. They didn’t have a section where you could avoid smoke if you have sensitivity issues, which I do.

The staff at the facility were great, very helpful. The room was clean and we had plentiful hot water.
