While they did complete a decorative upgrade, they missed the mark on many other simple fixes that left the property looking bad. And I never realized such lousey toilet paper existed.

Location can’t be beat. It was beautiful scenery.

I didn’t dislike anything.

Located right on the beach. Clean rooms and fully equipped with I needed. Beautiful hotel, awesome outside patios, and white sand beach. They also supplied to their tenants chairs, bikes, corn hole game, and an outside grilling area.

It was very difficult to lock the door from the outside, I had to try several times and the electronic lock was emitting some sounds.

I really loved my stay at the Sunburst Inn. The staff are super attentive, the facilities are excellent, and the view from the room is really magnificent. It was really amazing to be able to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea waves and be able to walk a few steps from the room to the sea, and then dive. I will definitely stay at Sunburst again.

The ac and ceiling fan kept the room cool but it never felt cool enough for us. The bathroom in our unit stayed humid since there wasn't a vent fan. Otherwise, the rest of our experience here made up for it.

Very clean and comfortable room. Umbrellas, sand toys, paddle boards, and much more provided for use. Great seating throughout the facilities. Beautiful beach right outside the room doors.

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating my milestone birthday. The rooms and outdoor facilities are beautiful. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and shops. Relaxing on the beach and watching the sunset was perfect. We look forward to coming back again.

Room was so unacceptable for the price we left after one night. No place to put a suitcase, bed was atrocious; cheap linens, no tv instructions. Windows were dirty and looked at the parking lot and a garbage can. No place to sit accept on the crappy bed to watch tv which you had to pay to stream anything and it didn’t work well. No restaurants that were walkable except one which was way over crowded; no grocery store anywhere near. Incredibly misleading room, amenities walkable to restaurants, etc. Room was claustrophobic, low ceiling fan and noise window box air conditioner. I wonder if the owners have ever actually stayed there. We were so excited for our trip and couldn’t have been more disappointed. We would really like some compensation. We drove back home to Georgia after less than a day there. This was a total rip off for us. Is there anything we can do??? You should have a better honest idea about what you are representing. Nothing except the ocean which we could not see or hear

We booked a studio appartment with terrace almost 3 months in advance costing over 800USD for 2 nights. What we got was a small, noisy room set within the building with not even a window that could open for fresh air or a seabreeze. Furthermore we did not receive any check in information, on our arrival there was no-one on site to help, we had to search for our room and ask other guests how things worked. The room did not meet the booking criteria, however the owner was unavailable on the location to deal with our complaints. Even when phoning him personally, as was suggested in the many standard texts we received asking for feedback, the owner was very unhelpfull, taking no responsibility for any of the issues just blaming it all on booking.com. Sadly there was no sense of hospitality at this accomodation and it feels more like a money making scam.

Unfortunately our stay was very disappointing, despite the good location and reviews.

Parking was horrible No view from room Overpriced No instructions about TV, Air Conditioning No hot water until staff explained on 2nd day that water had to run for five minutes first. How wasteful.
