There was no shampoo/conditioner. The 2 bars of soap were shattered into 100 pieces when you opened them. The sheets had dark black long hairs on them (I don't have dark hair). There was a spider hanging out on its web right in front of the extra linens in the closet area. There was no hair dryer. We had absolutely not one drop of hot water come out in the shower. It was freezing.

Location was AMAZING! We were so close to the beach. There is a Starbucks right next door and several good bars right down the street. A walgreens is super close too!

everything else. bed felt like sleeping on box springs. this mattress was so old and uncomfortable. it even had plastic on the actual box springs and a vinyl mattress cover over the mattress. no bathroom fan, no working tv, motel door leads straight to an alley. also a high cockroach woke me up at 4 in the morning crawling on my feet. Do not rent here by no circumstances. I could say more but I’m out of space.

only thing good about this place was the heated pool and the location to the beach and pier.

I bet I only slept 1 hr at most. It was a Friday night & every single drunk person in America must’ve been walking by our room which was right on the main drag. Two kids planted themselves right in front of our window cussing at each other for over 2 hours. Cars whizzing by, ambulances, police sirens all night long.

The manager was VERY nice & accommodating. We were a little late so he called to make sure we were still arriving. It was locked up when I got there, but I called & he came straight away. The unit didn’t have bedding for the sleeper sofa so we had to call him again for bedding, but he brought it ASAP.

Had to clean the room when we arrived. There was freshly cut hair in the sink and what appeared to be smeared feces on the door jam and toilet. DISGUSTING

Couch cushion missing. the bathroom window that clearly you could see inside from the maintenance area. the shower curtain that fell every time you opened or closed it. the shower drain wouldn't drain. the blinds couldn't be closed or open due to rod missing. when we brought up issues the management disregarded us like it was no big deal. the top lock wouldn't lock from outside. needs a really good deep clean

There were no toiletries, no towels, no sheet on the couch bed, etc. The refrigerator leaked water and was not very cold. The TV did not work well. The manager was hardly ever in the office. We saw rats on the grounds.

The location was excellent. The pool was great. The air conditioner was great.

rude manager. no towels, coffee, cups, soap in room. took several requests. let me say. we stayed here once before, standard room and was better appointed. this 2,nd and last visit was an upgrade that was one issue after another. going to try the Spring Hill Marriott across the street next time

it was dirty. I understand it’s by the beach but there shouldn’t be sand all over the floors me and my wife had to wear shoes inside the whole time. also the ac had mold on bottom right side and the filter cleaning light was on I have pictures. the bathroom still had hair from previous tenants everywhere. when we pulled out the pull out bed because the bed in the room was rock hard the sheets had dirt and wrappers on it from previous tenant also shoe prints on sheets have pictures of that too. in all great location but dirty as hell will not go back ever…

There were roaches in the sofa bed that started coming out when we sat down I went to the front desk He said they were love bugs but I am from Florida and I know the diff4 between a roach and a love bug he checked me out that same Friday May 20th and said He Would not charge me for Saturday May 21st so now How do I get My refund Technically we didnt stay at all both days

We had to check out the same day Friday May 20th due to roaches I was travelling with my 87 year old mom who has multiple myeloma and was not gonna have her stay there.

The water pressure was awful for a shower. Our drain was also broken so it was hard for my wife to take a relaxing bath. Room could have been cleaner, noticed some dead roaches.

The location was convenient to get to the shops and the pier.

The room was in disrepair, the floor dirty and the bathroom door didn’t shut. The hotel property was dirty and in disrepair with litter lying around, broken fence and chairs at pool. Very loud bar nearby that could be heard until between 1-2 am.

The pool wasn’t crowded.
