The overall cleanliness of the hotel wasn't great. The room was clean, but the overall hotel needs some updates for safety and otherwise.

We liked the pool (kids) and the made-to-order 2-egg breakfast in the morning.

No Breakfast, strange orders, looked awful,broken windows and no door lock.

The hotel over all not in great shape. Strange oder, carpets fraying and dangerous. Breakfast was to be included but we did not see anything in am. They said restaurant was closed, but did not advertise that. "FUN Center" was in disarray with scraps of metal and carpentry laying around. Hot tub had broken know so no bubbles. Room door did not have interior lock. Stained fabrics for decore and fridge was very loud! The one really nice thing about this hotel was the evening front desk lady with blond hair. She was kind and tried her best to accommodate and make people welcome. She was short handed and stressed but was honest and we did not mind waiting because of her. That woman probably saves the hotel!

The property was old and tired. The price point and no smoking in the room had people hanging out outside.

Both the breakfast and location were quite good. Far enough from the Interstate to be quiet but convenient to get to.

there is a lot of junk items outside that give it a trashy appearance. the Wi-Fi password did not work and there is no way to call the front desk. there is not a coffee maker in the room so you have to wait for the restaurant to open

The room was comfortable. However, there was dirt on the bathroom wall, and the tub needed to be cleaned better. The towel was ripped. Along with this, the place was NOT well lit outside and a group of 'shady' people were sitting at the not so lit back entrance.

The toilet ran for hours in my room. I left after using the toilet and came back hours later to find that he hadn't shut off yet. I didn't like their not being a window that led outside. I don't have alot of anxiety but this fact gave me a tons to deal with. The hot tub was the main reason I chose this place and was sadly mistaken that it didn't work.

I loved that their was a restaurant on site. I loved the location and decent price. The workers were very nice. The kids playground looked alot of fun. The swimming pool was a nice set up too.

they have shower soap dishes at head level which are too easy to bump heads on them. the indoor spa was not hot enough to be sanitary. hopefully the restaurant will be open soon and provide a socially acceptable dining experience.

Hot tub was not working, and pool area looked like a storage room. Whole hotel needs some serious upkeep and maintenance.

Breakfast was basically prepackaged donuts. But there was some bananas. Coffee had been sitting on the burner and was old/nasty. No juice.

The bed was comfortable, room has nice small fridge and freezer, bigger than some and microwave but no coffee maker. We were there just to sleep, so it was fine, but it looked like room hadn’t been vacuumed. There was a light continental breakfast option.

The room was a bit dingy (especially the bathroom). Plug-ins we’re hard to come by, and the TV remote worked 1/4 of the time. Also, since the rooms open out on to the pool area, the noise was a bit of an issue until the pool closed.

The indoor pool/playground was amazing! Very cool!

Seemed like there were many folks living there and many were sketchy. There were gnats and roaches all over. Some of the carpets were horribly stained - it looked like a crime scene.

OYO had sold this property but we weren't notified of any change or that our reservation wasn't valid through Booking.com. The new owners made things right, fortunately.

Everything could have been better. I will never stay there again.

Website said breakfast included but they no longer have breakfast. The place is filthy. The arcade is dark and hardly any games work. The front desk lady is friendly but it takes forever to check in.

When we checked in, we were informed that of the two rooms and 5 people with the stay, only 1 breakfast was included. We were offered the opportunity to pay extra, but I am glad we didn't. As I was informed by the 1 person in our party to use the breakfast credit, it tasted good, but only consisted of eggs and a pancake. More of a selection would have been nice and if it were included for the entire party, that would have been appreciated. We chose to stay with Oyo Goodland because of the family/child-focused amenities that we had with previous stays (pool movie, free arcade games, snackbar/food area. Most of those amenities no longer are offered and most of the arcade games were inoperable.

We did appreciate the use of the dryer without costing extra. We normally do not need laundry facilities, but this time we unexpectedly needed it and not having to pay extra was nice.
