There needs to be a key drop box. The room was clean, but it had a horrible smell, we open the window, and eventually with the air flow, the smell was tolerable. Someone had their Tv really loud, which is why we just went ahead and checked out at 6:30am.

The location was ok, no breakfast was served, which was fine with us because we left at 6:30am. The room was clean. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm, that was a plus. Wasn’t a bad stay for the price.

I stayed in Room 120 for two nights Friday, and Saturday. Each night the occupants in the room above mine appeared to be moving furniture around, banging against the walls and talking loudly. When made my concerns known to the night clerk and to the on-site manager, what got in return was “ Simply” Lip service with no action taken.

Location was good, good security measure via door locks and cameras.

Not enough lights in the hotel rooms hotel need to be updated there was no coffee pot in the rooms and very few towels management need to train 2 train staff to interact with customers also no working phone in rooms

They came in the room without warning you , I could have been undressed ! We asked for 2 face rags and they told us they were being washed , so we went to the beach when we came back they had cleaned the room (which I didn’t think they did u til check out )Took our towels that we had and we had to wait 30mins to an hours to get new ones . The cleaning crew didn’t speak English enough to understand what we were saying . My deposit was not put back on my card the same day as they told me . Which is nerve wrecking! It took a sec to take off but 14 days after I had to dispute it to get it back

I like the location of the location, it was close to all the places that we wanted to visit

Walking in the room with socks after showering my the bottom of my feet where black, there in only title in the bathroom and a tiny bit in front of the jacuzzi tub. That means the carpet is filthy! Saw three cockroaches. Seams like this location is owned and staffed by family. They give you judgemental looks not knowing anything about you!

The jacuzzis tub was great for my back.

the booking process took to long even with me booking online, the hotel room was fair not that clean, i wasn't comfortable others on my floor were VERY NOISY which made it hard for me to relax.
