The floor in the room was a bit dirty. Walking in the room barefoot wasn't fun. I was charged for two days of stay even though I spent less than 24 hours there. The charging policies should be improved.

The location is great. The staff members are nice.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is really close to SoFi stadium, so we could walk to our event.

For that price I think something more like "breakfast" could be offered.... I just mean something different. And it wouldn't have to be very expensive either. I also understand wanting to economize.....but it has to be just coffee and mini bread

Property place a hold on my debit card about 53% of my total night stay! Theres no statement on the their payment description of a hold. Hoverer I received a notice in my inbox a deposit of $100 will be made upon check in. That was not done. Serving only little muffins and package pastries in a box is not breakfast! Microwave Nasty and Dirty! The drainage for showering was slow to drain leaving residues.

CONS: Area outside of hotel isn't the best. But that is out of the hotel's control. Iron leaks Freezer doesn't work.

I came to visit my granddaughter from the Bay Area, stayed for two days. At first I was upset about the location and the $100 cash deposit, but Ms Shemella as a professional in hospitality saw a potential negative review and graciously allowed me to stay w/o paying the $100 cash deposit. The front staff double booked our room and didn’t notify us. I was laying in bed and a man busted into my room. Once he realized the room was occupied he left. Our room keys didn’t work after that and front desk told us they accidentally assigned someone else to our room.

The breakfast consisted only of carbohydrates, which didn't fit my keto diet at all. It would be good if some healthier options were available. I mentioned when I was checking in that I would need the shuttle. I was told that it left on the hour every hour, which is fine. But in the morning, the person on duty asked me if I had reserved the shuttle, which I had not done since that was not mentioned by the person who checked me in. In the end, the morning person arranged a shuttle to the airport for me, so it worked out ok, but if people are supposed to reserve the shuttle, it would have been better if the person checking me in would have said so.

The room was actually bigger than I would have expected and had everything that I needed. WiFi was good. There was a coffee pot in the room as well as an alarm clock - both items being much appreciated.

It was so noisy at midnight from upper room. They made me waking up many times.

I was so suprise with the room facility for the rate less than 100 bucks. It is a very big room with sofa, open bath tub next to the bed, free coffee…

I messaged to ask about parking two cars, they told me $7 (which is why I paid a higher room price initially). However, we arrived they asked for $50 CASH for the second car with no explanation. I showed my messages confirming parking prices and front desk gal said pay or we lose the room. SCAM!

I liked the location and spacious room and bathroom. It was walkable and the room had all the amenities we needed.

The Mini fridge wasn't secure in cabinet and would move everyone we opened/closed door and really want cooling on coldest temp setting. Biggest issue was cleanliness of light switches & bathroom door. It really could have used a good cleaning.

The hotel lavatory was Weirton walking distance of SoFi Stadium. Room/bathroom was mostly clean and bed was comfortable for one night.
