Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesTub didn’t drain well during shower and I was standing in 6” of water by the end. Also, sink drain stem that lifts the drain was broken and I had to use my fingers to pry the drain stopper open which wasn’t easy when full of water.

United StatesProperty place a hold on my debit card about 53% of my total night stay! Theres no statement on the their payment description of a hold. Hoverer I received a notice in my inbox a deposit of $100 will be made upon check in. That was not done. Serving only little muffins and package pastries in a box is not breakfast! Microwave Nasty and Dirty! The drainage for showering was slow to drain leaving residues.

RussiaThe breakfast consisted only of carbohydrates, which didn't fit my keto diet at all. It would be good if some healthier options were available. I mentioned when I was checking in that I would need the shuttle. I was told that it left on the hour every hour, which is fine. But in the morning, the person on duty asked me if I had reserved the shuttle, which I had not done since that was not mentioned by the person who checked me in. In the end, the morning person arranged a shuttle to the airport for me, so it worked out ok, but if people are supposed to reserve the shuttle, it would have been better if the person checking me in would have said so.
The room was actually bigger than I would have expected and had everything that I needed. WiFi was good. There was a coffee pot in the room as well as an alarm clock - both items being much appreciated.

However, we arrived they asked for $50 CASH for the second car with no explanation. I showed my messages confirming parking prices and front desk gal said pay or we lose the room. SCAM!
I liked the location and spacious room and bathroom. It was walkable and the room had all the amenities we needed.
