Paid for a queen size got to the room it was a full. Went down to staff and show what we booked was a queen. They swore to me the room we had was a queen. Wouldn’t even come to look. Only thing the offered was to spend more money for “double queens” We then went out and bought a tape measure it came out to 54 not 60 inch a queen should be. Deff false advertising

The initial impression needs some improvement. Some sort of landscaping or something to make it look interesting. The hotel is nice, but the first look is uninspiring.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for some quick dinner options and the choices were good for what I wanted. It is easy to get off and on I-80.

The room smelled bad. Put fabric softener sheets on vents and opened windows to air it out. I think previous dogs peed and the cleaner stunk. Our dog was very busy sniffing the room. I suspect more than one dog peed in there.

No shower curtain so we weren't able to take a shower. When we told the manager he told us they are supposed to change them weekly and change the comforter daily but that it's "just not possible". There was a beetle in the bathroom also......

The gal at the front desk when we checked in was superb! The pancake machine was awesome!

There were bugs. When I showed the front desk the video, they moved us rooms to directly under the first room. I was really uncomfortable with staying so we checked out and drove home.

Disgusting, the air unit was not really working, has mold on it, when we opened the door it was like going outside, hot and humid. No ventilator in the bathroom. Horrible. The worst hotel we ever stayed in. Then I thought, ok maybe the breakfast will be good...nope, nearly nothing to eat, paid $130 😕

The place is old and run down not enough towels lock had been removed on the back door phone was disconnected in room so I couldn’t call the front desk. Parking lot was full of beer cans and bottles. Tub was not clean looking Tub didn’t want to drain during shower. No way would I have taken a bath in that tub The whole bathroom was disgusting I will not ever stay there again.

Location is kind of "off the beaten path", surrounded by what looks like abandoned industrial buildings. Not many lights in parking area. Also no elevator, not accessible. Only carpeted stairs for a 3 story building, which can trip you up if you aren't careful.

Bed was firm and comfortable. Room was fairly quiet.

For starters the front desk attendant was nor friendly. Once we got to the room it smelled so bad. The carpet in the room was disgusting. I didn't even want to walk on floor bare foot. Would not recommend staying there!

Being charged 10 times for one night and the owner yelling at me repeatedly while with one of your representatives. My room was not clean , not vacuum not enough towels toilet wasn't clean.

There was a large dried spill of something sticky on the bed side table that was not cleaned up. Stains in the bedding and the bedding was very thin and old. Also, 2 lumpy flat pillows on the bed. Mattress was not comfortable.

Room smelled of smoke and was in dire need of updates despite the appearances of photos (old furniture, peeling shower, etc). In general appeared unclean and the smell contributed to that.For the price in comparison to other options being available, it was not enough to meet my expectations.

I tried to explain to the manager and have him come mail the room and see how gross and disgusting the room was that I couldn't even take my dog into it because whatever the smells and filth on the one bed was was tripping him out and since he went switch me out rooms I ended up sleeping in the car with my dog and then he proceeded to contact me the next morning and try to tell me that the cleaning people found cigarettes in that room I wasn't even in it for 5 minutes so that just proved that they hadn't cleaned it from the people before because I showed him the beds were disgusting with crumbs and stuff on them there wasn't any towels It had not been cleaned and they were trying to charge me $200 when I didn't even stay in it and they had already charged me a hundred bucks and wouldn't even put me in a decent room that my dog and I could sleep in Everything. To much . If someone called me I would explain but I am not sitting in hold to be hung up on yet again to try to get any type of assistance. Will never ever stay at a super 8 anywhere in the world again because of this situation and I'm not real sure I'll ever use booking.com again because this was horrible
