There was a strange smell in our room, the hallway smelled too. The pool looked dirty and there was no pool chairs or umbrella, nothing. Oh wait yes there were a couple wooden chairs that were peeling so they were useless. Also I’m guessing the staff there were growing garlic because there were trays of them by the pool and all you could smell out there was that garlic!

It was very close to the activities we had planned for our trip. The 2 staff members I spoke with were very polite and helpful.

The air conditioner is LOUD. We heard it from the pool and the room was on the third floor. We had to shut it off at night to sleep.

No breakfast. I tried to call the front desk because one of my lightbulbs was out. No answer despite multiple calls. I caught him on my way out and told him and he fixed it right away. Several instances where we ran into a heavy pot smell throughout our stay. Very cheap pillows, bring your own.

Great location, attentive staff (in person), no glaring issues cleanliness wise. Run of the mill budget hotel. I had a king room and there was lots of floor space. The bed is pushed to one side instead of in the middle so I had plenty of room for our pack'n'play.

The smell of the facility and cheap pillows

There was no breakfast, but can understand. Thanks covid.The signs they have on the main windows. when you go to check in for a little sketchy but nothing was stolen.It good smell better throughout , but for a 1night stay. just for a few hours isn't bad. We would suggest bring your own pillows. For what we paid it was nice and had hot water.

The smell of the room wasn't pleasant, but bearable. I lit my candle and didn't worry about it for the rest of the night.

The receptionist was very polite and check in process was fast. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We booked this hotel as a last resort and I have no true complaints. We needed extra wash cloths and getting them from the front desk was easy.

That there was no breakfast and breakfast was included in the price which is one of the main reasons I booked it. I did not see anything on the website that told me that there would not be.

Breakfast was advertised but there was no breakfast. The room key card reset every night of our stay. We had to go to the front desk every morning to have our key reprogrammed.

The advertised outdoor pool was closed, as well as the included hot breakfast! Both of these were why we chose this hotel, so were disappointed that the website was not updated to let us know this.

The hill & potholes to your entrance were very bad. Reception was hard to navigate. Not large or even big for welcoming guests.

We loved that we were close to our destination spot. We wished there was more room (larger) in size as well as the building being larger.

The hallway was odorous ! Soon as we walked into the room, the smoke alarm went off ! after some time, the front desk clerk changed batteries and stopped it

There wasn't anything for breakfast.. I guess due to Covid but I think there still should have been something. The beds were too hard. No plastic drinking cups or lotion in the bathroom. I don't know if there were any vending machine but I didn't see any. Other than that, everything was very good.

The easy and convenient check in. The lady at front desk was very nice. The room was nice and comfortable and I really liked the colors.

Nice easy booking in with a girl who was new to the job. Our room was just as we expected, nice & clean, suitably stocked with towels etc. Bathroom was nice & clean. The view from our room was looking towards the Waffle House which made me hungry :-) Sadly the pool was covered over as we missed the "summer season" by a week I think. For two of our evening meal`s we ate at the Logan`s Roadhouse which was about a 10 minute walk up the road. Both times we ate there the food was luke warm on arrival & quite expensive for what it was. The first night there I had the idea of walking through the wooded area that backs onto the hotel, bad move. It looked like people were living in there. The other two nights we ate at Cracker Barrel straight over the parking lot past the Waffle House. The food was much hotter and we sat outside afterwards in the rocking chairs for at least 45 minutes. One of the owners came out to speak to us to see if we enjoyed our meal etc. She was lovely to talk to and even sent out one of her staff to guide us on things to visit etc. All in all we had a great stay, this location was perfect for visiting Ruby Fall`s, Lookout Mountain, Rock City Gardens and Chattanooga Station was only a 10 minute drive away at night. a GREAT morning out was with the DUCK TOUR on the river in a WW2 DUKW, a six wheel truck that is a boat. This was our favourite excursion in which we both got to drive the boat. The location for us was perfect and really easy to find. We didn`t see any undesirables in the parking lot or any drug use etc.

Made reservation with booking .com, got there was rudely told by the night receptionist that I did not have a reservation and refused to honor the price that was given me on booking.com, had to pay $20 more. Terrible experience and will never stay at super 8 or use booking.com ever again. The only qay to.fix this is refund my money fir the way I was treated.

The room had a musty Oder and the air conditioner I believe was contributing to the musty/mold spores being put into the air. I was very sick and also my son.

There was a terrible musty, moldy type odor in the room, it was very hard to get any sleep because of this. We probably would have left if we wouldn't have been charged for the room.
