Everything was terrible. Stains on the sheets, dirty towels. No regard for cleanliness whatsoever.

There was black mold in the bathroom and roaches everywhere Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

When I first came in the gentleman at the front desk was very funny and friendly. And I like that I was only a mile and a half away from the base.

Walls thin between rooms. Could hear others. We are non-smokers, and smelled cigarettes in our room we think from outside where there were ash trays setup.

Location was good. Room was clean and seemed to be recently remodeled.

Everything else! It was a total roach motel. I know it was $70 a night but we got there very late, I had my 4 year old granddaughter with me and my daughter. Walked in and german roaches were scattering all over the bathroom. We had no choice but to sleep there because it was so late. Woke up and all of us had bites from bed bugs. The beds were literally rock hard so we woke up to all of that. Other guests that were there were screaming and fighting all night and we didn't feel safe. I got up went to office to cancel the second night and we got out of there!

The staff was very nice and refunded my second night without any question.

First of all the place takes a 50$ deposit either credit or cash which is fine but why give a customer the choice for u to give cash and then not do it I chose cash because I was using a debit card tht did not have enough funds for the room and the deposit because I arrived late at night an atm wasn’t close for me to deposit more cash very bad situation then he comes and says I’m sorry but in used the card on file for the deposit and I argued with him to refund it or cancel it all together because I knew it may not go through at least the deposit I asked and explained to him I will get over drafted if he did not refund it we he yelled at me and asked who I banked with only to say he banks the same ppl and for me to learn the way banks work on their over daft fees before I start to argue I was taken back as to how he was speaking to me and I just said if my back charges the over draft fees you will be paying it then tells agin tht he will not because he told me he’s was sorry and it was his mistake for clicking on yes for the deposit to be charged on the same card yelled at me telling I said sorry it was my mistake so no I will not pay the overdraft fees !!!! He argued and argued it wasn’t gonna happen and sure enough it did this was Saturday night 3 am here comes 8 am and overdraft fees applied stupid people working the counter and now no one answers my calls I’m stuck paying my banks overdraft fees for this transaction

Room was already wear and tear. Handle for the shower was off and left on the side of the tub. Calcium build up on shower head. Like a lot Roaches and crickets were also in the room. If you like to have them for company. Stains on the bedding and curtains. I let the staff know about the wear and tear so I wouldn’t be charged the 50 dollars fee at the end of my stay.

Watching TV was nice, while being cautious of uninvited guests.

The whole experience. When we checked in and went to our room, there was a naked older guys sitting naked in his chair with the window open and door wide open. Then when it was time for bed we saw we our room had roaches and bugs. My son woke up to bite marks on his hand. We couldn't sleep at night paranoid about the bugs roaches. When we checked out we went to get coffee and the coffee had a roach floating when I poured my cup. It was disgusting!

The filth this facility allowed. There were roaches and bugs everywhere. Lenin did not smell nor look cleaned. The air vent was dirty. The extra chair, computer space, night stand, and tv stand were terribly taken care of and dirty. The flooring was not swept or mopped. The bathroom toilet had urine in it upon arrival and a roll of toilet paper was opened and had been used prior to our arrival. It was an extremely nasty room. We ended up staying with a friend instead.
