Only that I couldn’t afford to stay longer ;)

I came going through a lot and the manager/office person let me check in early, let me check the room first and only made me pay $20 of the $80 deposit because I had no more money. He said I could pay tomorrow and I didn’t get the money but he never asked for it at all. The same person who I can only assume is the owner one night gave me a cup of milk because I forgot to buy it when I was out an my baby needed it. he wouldn’t take any money for it. They cleaned my room the first morning while we were out and the housekeeper even put my daughters stuffed animals back in the bed exactly as she had it. They also changed my bedding and put all of my items back on my bed which I thought was awesome because any other place I have been they just move it an leave it. What they didn’t know was I was basically living at hotels and b and b’s for about 2 weeks due to marriage problems and was emotionally drained. They made it so easy for me to catch my breath an let me an my babies rest for a few days. I would have stayed longer but I couldn’t because of money problems. I even had my smart TV that is rather large in my van and can’t lock the doors an none of our things were touched an that is all we own at this point! They truly went above an beyond to help so I would stay here before I ever considered another place. I appreciate all you guys you are amazing. And if you ever need another employee I would feel truly blessed to have you as a boss. One last thing and sorry for the lengthy review but I never asked or even brought up the $20 deposit to have it returned because they helped me so much an because I have small children so they are not the cleanest humans lol and a couple hours later I didn’t even think about that deposit and it was deposited back on my card. So thank you so much and you never really know what a person is going through but kindness goes such a long way!!

Pest control and the odor.

Well.... Actually I didn't like much of anything, but the location and that was about it. I couldn't sleep I was greeted with roaches whereas I paid for a 1 guest occupancy and received The Browns family when I arrived. I bought food and I rested it on the table and the Browns were hungry too.

Floors falling apart, desk and cabinets carved, random knocks on the door all night from crack heads and drug dealers/seekers. Parking lot full of drug users all night, loud just a terrible place. Def do not bring your family. Should have paid $5 more and stayed anywhere else, total unsafe uncomfortable environment.

Was given a “non-smoking” room that smelled like weed. The proprietor said if anyone smoked in there they did not exhale. 🙄 The room was kind of run down and didn’t feel clean especially because of the smell.

Room had everything broken. Clearly under renovation and shouldn't have been rented. I booked a smoking room was told they didn't have it after I booked over 2 weeks in advance. Then a new desk clerk clock's in and boom a room was available. Broken microwave, 1 pillow, weak water pressure. I've stayed here before but this was my worst stay.

The one front desk attendant fixed my booking issue but that was it.

Everything one could possibly complain about, is what I didn't like. Staff incredibly rude, lied to me, I got sparks from plugging in tv due to the very crappy and lazy job at keeping up with electric, THEN called three times to complain about it bc every time I walked out of my room I was ask if I wanted to buy a different drug once I spoke of all this to mgt, he literally yelled at me

they advertise breakfast and they don’t have it. they do not advertise a pet policy yet they charged my card $60 extra dollars without even speaking to me causing my account to go negative and we had no money for the rest of our stay. the staff was not great staff and I will never stay there again. there was a bug in the shower and cigarette holes in the comforter. they only give you one face towel, yet they charge so much money.

These people stole from me. they overcharged my card and when I asked for my money I was refused and told to come back later. The door did not close all the way unless it was locked from the inside however after locking from the inside it becomes a fire hazard because you have to struggle to get out.
