The carpets look like they've never been cleaned. There were drug dealers and prostitutes doing business. There was drug baggies on the floor There were cigarette burns on the bed linen. The Whole place stunk. Our window was busted. Not a Family friendly place

The room was dirty. No shower curtain. Trash left from previous guests. Furniture broken. Under the mattress has pills hidden. Hair and makeup from previous guests on bedding. Disgusting.

We were there for an hour before getting a refund and leaving. It was horrible.

The pictures of this place was false advertisement.. The rooms was very bad. The bed sheets had burn holes in them. The chairs was very dirty with burn holes. The tubs was nasty the towels were dingy.. It was overall a mess. I want most of money back and booking.com needs to take this place off of their site.

Bkfst was way too sugary. Some yoghurt or cereal would have been nice. Airport shuttle not available so that was an additional expense of about $40. That said, staff was great, room was fine.

Air conditioner did not work and was blowing out hot air and having the ceiling fan on only made it blow around hot air. The room had a smell to it and was kind of dingy looking.

Maybe fix the place up a bit and hire new people when we first tried to check-in we waited for 45 minutes for the front desk person to arrive we called knocked on the doors yelled no answer the guy that came up said oh I was sleeping. The rooms were absolutely disgusting worst I've ever seen definitely not up to fire code see fire alarms were pull out of the ceilings some where not even hooked up. The bed and linens were full of cigarette Burns and holes. We took to the Linens to the front desk and that person said we don't have anymore what we have is what is in the room so we ended up sleeping with our own blankets the walls had boogers and blood stains the bathroom has black mold on the ceiling and when we woke up in the morning we found ourselves in the entire room and a pool of water the neighboring room was leaking through the floor and soaked our entire room with water. This was the most absolute worst experience of any hotel especially a super 8 in my entire life. My phone was dead so I couldn't take any more pictures of the flood in the morning because none of the outlets in the room worked. It appeared that they at some point tried to fix the issue with using silicone caulk around the wood trim on the bottom of the wall throughout the entire bathroom top to bottom and the sleeping quarters that is definitely the incorrect way to fix something it didn't work. A plus side of everything I didn't see any rodents or cockroaches

Loved it here! Super close to the bus stop for easy travel. There's an Applebee's close by, and a organic food place across the street. The staff is super nice and helpful. Over all a smooth transition.
