United StatesEverything was disgusting, there was a horrible smell, the bed was dirty and stained, the carpets were horrid, and the bathroom was filthy. The breakfast was literally nothing and even the packaged food was inedible.
The shower had good pressure and heated up quickly and was spacious.

United StatesThe chairs were stained and dirty. The bathroom door looked like it was banged in and damaged. I reserved the room for 4 guest and the we only had 2 towels and wash cloths. I was charged a $60 deposit fee that would take a week to be returned.
Location was fine. No breakfast really. The little fridge was not really cold so I didn't feel good getting a yogurt from it. I did get a cup of juice for my kids.

United StatesAs soon as you walked in it smelled like something died. The bed spread had tons of holes in it from smoking. It looked like there was either beer or coke on the wall as well as mold on the ceiling by the fire alarm. My lock on the door didn't work which made me feel a little unsafe.
They were open late and close to the airport. The staff was nice and understanding. It's a good place to stay one night and go find another hotel the next day. The bathroom was nice. The TV had lots of channels and the microwave and fridge were great! The location was okay but not the greatest thing in the world... they were by a taco bell which was great.

United StatesLobby reeks of cigarette smoke. “Breakfast Included” was a lie, no breakfast was served. Window wasn’t secured upon entering the room and the room did have a cigarette scent due to the main lobby being so strongly effected. All of our belongings brought to the room will have to be cleaned because they smelled of smoke from being in there less than 15 hours.
Bed was comfy and bed bug free.

United StatesBreakfast was not served even though when we booked the room it said it was available and included, our room didn't have any towels or washrags and when i went down to get some it took the front desk forever to come to window. you also hear people and doors slamming all night and carpet was so old and dirty through out the whole hotel especially the stairs

No matter what I sprayed or lit the smell wouldn't leave🤢, I had to ask for towels because there were none in the room but when I got them they were kinda dirty so I just bought my own; I saw 3 roaches, there was a spider in the bed with me, my room was hot the air didn't work well so I had to buy a fan& there was plenty of police visits due to suspicious characters/activity; also no breakfast was included like they said 😔

United StatesI didn’t get a chance to take pictures I did look for bugs saw remnants of bugs and the bedding was tripled with covering mattress.
The property is run down curtains are run down on the outside and worst on the inside. Microwave dirty and don’t work, the refrigerator would not close and the bathroom lights were really dim and that room was tiny and dirty towels in the bath area. Carpet was filthy, filthy and filthy. I made this reservation on line and the pictures were very deceiving. The night was raining with thunder storms coming through and really late. So I stayed the night and left early asking to check out. The guy told me I was able to check that I was good. I wanted a receipt for the payment for the one room and he was very hesitant to do so. I left and went to the quality inn for the last two nights of my stay. I believe that I should receive a refund for the night of the 28th.

United StatesThe building had a bad odor, The room was nasty and looks like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was dust every where. This was a non smoking room and it looked like someone had been smoking in the room. The sheets and mattress cover had burn holes in them. I did not use the heater because of all the dust. There was a snow storm and the hotel did not put down salt on the walk way. The breakfast had oranges that were rottening and the mini muffins were hard as a rock.
The location was ideal for the reason for my stay.
