The bed was not soft it was very uncomfortable n springy. Work up with whelps n pain. May just need a soft pillow topper

Breakfast is coffee and toast. The vending machines are cash only. However, there is a ShopRite just around the corner. If there's something you're looking for, the front desk was so helpful!

We booked this hotel as a last minute, inexpensive overnight on a road trip. I realized after booking that there were smoking rooms. My son and husband are severe asthmatics. I called the hotel right away to see if anything could be done as my payment was already processed. The staff went above and beyond for our family. They thoroughly deep cleaned the room, kept us far away from the smoking area, and aired out the room. The sheets and bedding were clean and pressed. I know that the Super 8 can have a less than ideal reputation, but the staff at this location were incredible!

The air conditioner didn't really work the way I would have liked, it kept shutting off leaving the room hot. Even after changing the setting to the coldest temperature the room was still uncomfortable warm at times. Also the toilet didn’t flush properly.

The staff was great and accommodating. They was always someone at the desk and they were friendly. The breakfast was great.

Hi curb step. Took nosedive. Came in bleeding. Clerk Helped but only after asked for tissue, could’ve done more, offered more. Could’ve offered some discount. Almost in shock. Just went to room. At least gave me first floor room.

Lamps and alarm clock did not work. The television did not work. The on/off shower know did not work, it just spun around, you had to guess what the water was going to do. I've traveled the world in my 72 years and this hotel, no lie, was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We were just looking for a place to stop enroute. We arrived at 1am as planned and they had cancelled my pre-paid non refundable room and given it to someone else. He seemed to not understand why that was a problem for us and ultimately deigned to “cancel someone else’ to give us their room.

We have the room 302 all the way by exit door. It stinks, it's unbearable, where it come from no idea. We really try not to breath until we are in the room. First day we have no hot water. The light on top of the sink is on and off. Need to fix the sink too, water don't flow.

The bed was uncomfortable and I saw two bugs. one in the bathroom and one by the TV. and when I was sleeping I kept hearing weird noises at night which was weird for me. But the air conditioner was working for a little bit then it turned off which is weird and then it started working again for a little bit so I don’t really want to stay there that much but maybe I might just in case if we’re going to an airport or somewhere else.

The room wasn’t that bad but the bed wasn’t also that bad so I don’t really know what I liked about the hotel because it wasn’t that nice for me.

I was there on a Saturday and it was so noisy at night. people were yelling and talking both outside and in the hallway. I guess not the fault of the hotel. some people just don’t have consideration for others. when I checked in the room I was given hadn’t had it’s cleaning completed so I had to wait while the cleaners finished. The room was a bit run down. The water was only like warm both morning and night.

The bed was comfortable and it was a ok price.

King size mattress had a slope in it. Coffee maker was broke. TV didn't work. Pillows were paper thin. Elevator smelt of pot.

On the other hand - front desk personnel were good. Breakfast was ok. Parking sufficient. Relatively clean and good towels.
