We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rate is reasonable even tho it was the night before the solar eclipse. And the management left a special bag for the eclipse, it was a pleasant surprise.

Got what we were expecting based on the price. Hotel reeked of Marijuana but otherwise decent enough for one night. Quick uber ride to a really pretty downtown area.

The front desk clerk was working very hard and was attentive. That's a good thing since she was the only employee working that afternoon and was checking in patrons, cleaning the breakfast room and other tasks that had her running. I hope they get her some help. I had to wait a long time at the front desk for someone to check me in. But she was friendly at least.

United StatesPlace felt a little sketchy at first cuz we smelled smoke when we entered the hallway/stairway, but the room didn't smell like smoke. Air wasn't on when we got in the room, took a minute to figure out how to work it...it wasn't just a set the temp and let it run...set it to 72 and then walked away, but didn't notice it hadn't come on for a couple minutes...had to set it to "Continuous Air". Per the evidence on our socks, the floors haven't been shampoo'd in a while...not disgustingly dirty, but definitely in need of a shampoo or probably carpet replacement by now. Day of checkout (check-out is 11:00am), I had a do not disturb tag on the door. At 10:00am, we get a knock on the door...again with the door tag on the door...I was in the middle of a conference call that I had to interrupt to tell them we're still in the room...with a door tag on the door. Now, I understand many people likely leave the property without taking the door tag off the door...but if it's there, and checkout is at 11:00, they should wait until 11:00 so as *not to disturb* the guests.
No frills place....stayed upstairs (inside entry). Toilet and shower room was redone, the shower door was nice, operated smoothly. The beds? Turned out I had one of better nights of sleep I've had in a while. All kinds of TV channels, if you're stuck in the room for any length of time...but there's amazing Arkansas countryside views to experience if you just get out and drive a little bit up Fayetteville Road and/or I-49...and the Pig Tail path is not far away either. Super close to the interstate and food...and WalMart is a very short distance away.

United StatesBreakfast was very poor. Not even 1 fruit item or anything hot like eggs. Biggest concern we had when we have read that pets allowed for 20$ extra and we have seen lots of dogs different sizes walking in the hallway but CATS WERE NOT ALLOWED and when i asked customer service lady she just shrugged shoulders and said she did not know her own hotel policy. Something is very fishy here.
We were upgraded to ground floor handicapped room because my husband has walking difficulties and that room by service desk was quiet and had ice maker right across from it. It was big enough and quite large bath with shower and all accessible items. It was very clean. Everything worked great. AC was OK. Hot shower. Coffee maker right in the room was very nice after long driving hours.
