Bad joke to call breakfast included when there is only water, coffee and a waffle machine that runs from 7am instead of 6am as stated

Super 8 advertised handicapped accessible. My husband is disabled and we had to climb stairs to get to our room. Definitely not accessible. He nearly fell backwards down the steps.

The young man at the desk was very helpful and friendly.

This motel is in serious need of maintenance. We arrived @ 22 minutes before 3 and we told to return at 3. Came back at 3:15 to a lineup to check in. There was only 1 person on site at that time. Manager was missing in action. Guy checking people in was also dealing with guest concerns and still cleaning rooms himself. Upon finally reaching our room we opened door to loud tv. Only remote in room would not control tv so went back to desk. Guy had to leave people in checkin line to get us a proper remote. Breakfast consists of 2 granola bars and a microwave porridge pack in a brown bag. Someone is making a ridiculous profit here with no staff or service.

Room was dirty. Had 1 stained towel and a washcloth. Not even an extra roll of toilet paper. Window didn’t open and very loud air conditioner. Staff were too casually dressed. Ran out of coffee in the morning.

Breakfast was to be included. Due to “Covid Restrictions” we received a sack with an oatmeal packet and a granola bar. We had stayed literally across the street at a different hotel earlier the same week - and they offered a full, decent breakfast. Very disappointed with this, the front desk staff that seemed to disappear regularly, and the overall rundown nature of the lobby.

We were charged double but got it corrected.. The take out bag of fix yourself oat meal and a power bar was not a great breakfast, the coffee maker in the room did not have a pot, The requested handicap room for my dog that fears stairs was not accommodated, however we managed to work around these discomforts. The fee for a pet exceeds most other motels.

The rooms were clean and in decent repair and just off off the highway. there was a grassy area to walk the dog.

False advertising. Free breakfast is listed, but they only give a paper bag with two crappy granola bars and a bag of instant oatmeal. Pretty disappointing.

The room was nicely appointed, with wood floors and comfortable beds. Bathroom was nice and the shower worked well. AC worked great too. Good value for what you get.

The floors in the room were dirty, quite a lot of dust buildup on surfaces . Breakfast was very small, 1 packet of microwave oats and a cereal bar .

The beds were comfortable and property was very conveniently located.

Information on this motel said breakfast was included. We went down the next morning for "breakfast". The room was locked and the clerk at the front desk said they had breakfast in a sack. Don't know what was that was. We left and went next door at McDonald's drive up at 6:00 a.m to get coffee and breakfast before we hit the road. This is the first time we stayed at a motel/hotel that didn't have a continental breakfast.

TV did not work, heating /AC was very loud, breakfast was an hour late, several electrical outlets did not work, areas in bathroom missing caulk or done poorly, cement entryway was crumbling and probably dangerous to some with limited mobility.
