Very noisy. The sink is really low. The door seals could be better… you can see daylight through the edges of the doors in some of the rooms I have stayed in.

The place was fine. It wasn't a 5-star resort and I wasn't expecting it. Everything worked and slept well. I would stay again.

Rough neighborhood. Never leave anything in car. Nothing! Always people walking about.

Location is excellent. Neighborhood is iffy. Always rough looking. Only place in the area. Second stay due to friend. Much quieter this time. Beds are comfy not too soft. Not to firm. Pillows are squares and a bit odd. Coffee in room. Did not have the breakfast.

Breakfast quality can certainly improve. Even though basics were ok, quality of scrambled eggs wasn't great, nor were there enough good quality fresh fruits (in California ! ?). Also, no assistance from staff was available.

Staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful, special mention must be made of Kareena who provided us with frjuits for dinner when our pizza delivery failed us. she also took care of our luggage when we went on a trip to Yosemite.

We were given a smoking room and my asthma was triggered all night. It was also super loud at night people were making a ton of noise above us and on the sides of us. The rooms are definitely not soundproof. Thankfully there were earplugs as that was the only way I was able to sleep.

The outside looks bad. Definitely needs an upgrade! It looks really ran down from the outside. The loud trains were very unpleasant. Loud guests were also an issue.

The hotel staff were nice. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. Room had a fridge and a microwave which we're great.

We were lucky to get a quiet-ish room, but the hotel is in a very noisy area. This hotel seemed overpriced for what you get.

Breakfast was basic, but fine and available early. There are good dinner options nearby.

It was super loud with freeway and construction work being done on 2 sides. The construction workers staying there were yelling, blasting music and disruptive.

The breakfast was terrible. The oatmeal was mostly water. The eggs were hard the sausage undercooked and it was too crowded to reach anything.

The location was loud. Train, Ambulances, Etc. It did not bother me or my partner, but it is something to note. Honestly, is it not in a great pkace in town, but I felt secure and safe.

The room was clean, check-in was a breeze. Was perfect for 1 night for a traveler.

Terrible terrible terrible Wi-Fi!!! Very loud—some not property fault— construction occurring—train tracks DIRECTLY across street with trains passing through all night. Door lacking weather stripping so gap one can see through and breeze coming in. Not enough lighting in the rooms. CATASTROPHIC breakfast service. 15 minutes before end, ALL carafes of coffee and hot water empty—no staff there—waited 20+ minutes for coffee. No eggs remaining, and no more coming, one side of toaster functioning and staff member arguing with guest about wait for coffee. Despite guests waiting to eat, removed ALL breakfast items and swept crumbs onto floor with dry rag then proceeded to step into the crumbs. Really horrible and not at all in line with the Best Western brand. Very disappointing.

I don't like your check in early policy. I needed to go to an event and I wanted to check in early at 2pm but the front desk lady said she can't for any reason. I even explained I drove a hour in a half and need to check in early to change for my event. Also at breakfast you should add some type of pastry like muffins or donuts.

The room was clean and down the street from my location.
