Understandably they are doing up grades But the room I had wasn't quality that it could be,not enough towels,you can smell people smoking in other rooms,floor was slippery not cleaned with right amount of cleaning solution,I didn't take any pictures to save embarrassing the property

Remodeling the place. Long term residents. Internet very slow. No restocking of room; garbage removal, coffee. Request for towels and pillows forgotten. Could see daylight under door.

No hot water at night. I wouldn't take a cold shower, so I microwaved a few cups of water and mixed it in the sink for a "sponge" bath. There was coffee and sugar by the coffee pot, but there was no tray, so the coffee maker was useless and I could not make a cup before dressing and venturing out. When I first got there, my floor was tacky after having just been mopped at 4:15 pm.

Bed was fine. Chair with ottoman was good. Morning staff was helpful letting me back in my room after I came to get coffee from the breakfast bar. My card had quit working.

(1) The internet service in room 229 was very poor. (2) The refrigerator door in the said room kept opening by itself (3) Shelf in closet needs to be stabilized (4) The door needs to be adjusted as it's very hard to be closed. (5) The general outside of the premise to include the pool.area needs to be better kept. (Areas were dirty) As for the queation below, about whether or not the facility meets our expectations, there needs to be an other /somewhat column, and my reason for this is because, my answer is not a total yes or no and, neither did it exceed my expectations and the reason for this is in the matters I mentioned I didn't like

The facility is in a great location, as it is in close proximity to shopping malls, food outlets, etc. Staff members were very warm and pleasant. Breakfast was good for the most part. A little more variety would be good.

The two main problems that we faced were that the room was super humid whatever we could do with a lot of condensation everywhere (mostly on the floor which was not very clean) and the smell that goes with it. The second is that we went to grab something for breakfast an hour before the end (8am) and there was already almost nothing left. We did not expect much but it was disappointing (providing hot water could be a plus for tea).

It is an average motel near a very accessible road to downtown.There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The overall experience could be positive with a nice swimming pool and a small fitness room. We had a room on the back on the hotel which was very quiet.

I booked this stay about a month or 2 in advance. I booked a king bed non smoking room and when I got there to check in there was no king bed available so me and my wife had to sleep in a double. Very unprofessional to put someone in a double bed when I had booked a king bed plenty in advance. Other then that the rooms and sheets were pretty clean

We had two rooms. One of the rooms, the fridge didn’t work at all and the ac unit wasn’t working well- very outdated. Also, the floors were slimy feeling- I’m not sure if they’d recently been waxed or what the issue was - but had a slimy residue on them.

The location was good and the staff were so nice and helpful.

1. Got locked out of my room twice for about ten minutes each time (cards stopped working, so they had to reissue them) 2. A/C wasn't working that well 3. Microwave was clunky and took effort to open each time
