I don't understand how we book an Hotel and we end up above a night club!!! It was outrageous 3 days out our 4 days stay were ruined by the parties hosted by the hotel! Being pregnant and needing to rest I ended up barely falling asleep with all the absurd bouncing and waking up at 2am with the crazy closing of the parties!!! Had a balcony that I couldn't even enjoy because of the noise!!! Shouldn't even have paid! It's like going to a restaurant paying for a meal and eating bread !!! Very disappointed !!!

No yea or coffee making facilities in the room. Not even an electric jug. I also was declined my request to settle the bill before we left and the invoice was received a few days later. I was charged for a very expensive meal that I did not purchase and it has taken endless emails to try to sort it out. Five weeks later and still no answers. So disappointed

Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. I did ask for a quiet room but was originally placed right next to elevator. I moved rooms the next day and paid for upgrade into main building. Made me question if booking through Booking gets to you the lower end of the options.

Service was absolute crap. We asked for water twice no one helped us, instead they told us come to the concierge and get it. We complained to the manager and requested for extra towels from him and he promised to send it up right away we never received it. there were strikes outside the hotel so getting into and out of the hotel was hectic and complicated, we woke up at 6am everyday to the sound of the drums from the protests outside, we were not warned and barely got any sleep. We packed our bags and moved to another hotel.

Just loved everything about it. Beautiful hotel. We (family of four with two young teens) had a brilliant time - pool was fantastic with live music all day long - location was brilliant for heading to Hollywood in the evening - we also visited Santa Monica Beach another evening. Would definitely visit again.

I don’t write reviews…but for this trip I had to… We had the most amazing stay at the Beverley Hilton From arrival the staff were amazing and so welcoming….breakfast…wow! …and the pool area is lovely after a long hot day sight seeing Our room was fantastic with views out to the hills The staff here are exceptional…and you can see they pride themselves in being so ….special thanks to Sean, Hayedeh and Milena who did an amazing job during our stay with great recommendations …thank you Sean…and getting us last minute transfers Milena and Hayedeh! Location of the hotel is superb and Uber so easy to get around. Thank you Beverley Hilton we take away lovely memories…

No improvements necessary.

Absolutely loved the upgrade to a cabana hotel room. My patio doors opened up directly on the pool deck. Those same doors closed and locked securely, as demonstrated by Charles, bell captain upon my arrival. Food was absofreakinglutely excellent, and the staff was not only congenial, but they introduced me to a lot of the features as the salon, gym, etc., although I was only spending two nights and one and one half very busy days. I love the Beverly Hilton, LA, California.
