The parking was confusing and no one explained exactly where to park on the even days since across the street was a business so there was no place close to park. The house was older so all the noise from outside came in and the people who stayed on the other side of the duplex were extremely loud late at night so it kept us all up.

There were a some webs around the house and a few bugs. The house is also not that sound proof so can hear the neighbors.

This place is within walking distance to Niagara Falls as well as many food locations, and literally across the street from the casino parking lot. There are also many bedrooms and 3 floors to be able to spread out to have some personal space.

The front porch lights did not work. The front storm door was in bad shape. The third-floor front bedroom ac unit leaked.

All the bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs, which made it difficult for my elderly parents. The beds were hard and not very comfortable, they sagged badly in the middle.

Neighborhood- felt like that could have been better maintained but I think the entire neighborhood around Niagara falls was this way. There was a huge dumpster opposite the house- I don’t think this was being used because it didn’t stink or anything but it’s just not the best view. There were 1 or 2 tiny nails here and there on the floor- just would be careful with kids around. I would be careful with the steps too with younger kids(3-storied building). Also found insects (spiders and centipedes) inside the house but I guess that’s sort of expected when you’re close to the nature.

Pros- very well maintained house, was very clean at every corner. Excellent value for the money with a lot of bedrooms. Modern furniture and appliances. Excellent kitchen with dishes, utensils, microwave, stove, etc- everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Fresh bed linen and towels. Parking was very convenient- right by the house on the street. Best part is the location, with just about 3-4 minutes drive from the falls and also all the good restaurants. Very responsive customer service and they were flexible with our dates.

Only one available entry and exit door. Had to be awaken at 7:30 AM by men doing construction on the building, there wasn’t any private parking as stated and the neighbourhood looks derelict. The mattresses and pillows should be covered with protective gears. Pillows needs to change when deflated. A little TLC on the door knobs is also needed.

The location was great. The property was clean. The price was great compared to what was listed by others. The amenities provide was good. The property was spacious.

Got an email regarding all the codes, parking information on the day of arrival early morning. Was easy no harsh communication need to be made, got the code and get into the suit. Was good experience overall.

We had a party of 9 in the house. We only had 1 towel a piece for our stay. It had a stove but no pans in order to use the stove.

The property was a great location. Within walking distance of the falls and numerous restaurants.

Kitchen needs hand towels, dish cloths and salt and pepper shakers. It should be mentioned that although there are 5 bedrooms, the only tv is in the living room area.

No washer, no dryer, windows were dirty, front glass door is old and very noisy, balcony light was broken, house from inside was clean but from outside it looked very shady.

The Neighborhood gives you an insecure feeling, each and every closet door needs to be fixed most of the rooms have no locks, the basement is dead dark and the biggest problem is the bugs/insects/flies in the neighborhood which makes space to your house and you get to see them in the night all over the lights windows and fixtures.

Location is good and the renovations too but it needs a little more attention
