The room we had was a little dated and was at the back of the hotel. Housekeeping ( clean towels, cleaning etc.) was by request.

The room was a great size, but not much of a view. The location of the hotel was perfect, very handy for everything. It was an older hotel 1920’s which meant it had character. The staff were great, very helpful.

We booked a room for three persons with kitchenatte. I think it was a little small for all of us, and the crockery was not that complete. There weren’t cups for example.

The service was excellent. The whole staff was super friendly, especially Pedro. In the second floor there ir a coffee machine for take away, available 24h, and fresh water at every floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great.

For more than 260 euro per night, I expect a minimum service room. This hotel has no service room. Anyway, changing towel service is included by specific request, for free.

Fairly noisy - although could have just been the neighbours in the neighbouring room slamming doors all night. Noisy air-con, but it worked. Awful view from the room.

Amazing location right next to the riverwalk and a few minutes to the magnificent mile and everything in the Loop / parks / lakeside etc. Premium cost due to brilliant location. Staff very welcoming.

The building and room felt a little old. Paint was peeling in some places, scratches on the desk or tables, etc. The rooms were narrow and a little awkward to maneuver around in.

The location is great right on the Riverwalk and so close to both the Millenium Park and Chicago Cultural Center. The staff were helpful and generous. I appreciated the yoga mat and resistance band in the room, hot showers, nespresso machine, and comfy bed. AC worked well!

I had requested a quiet room away from the elevators, but my room was just steps away from the elevator bank, so there was noise late at night from loud people. Also, rooms facing the river (such as the one I had been assigned) also face a very busy street with lots of noisy traffic (including, one morning, a caravan of dozens of motorcycles) that echoes off the buildings. The large building across the river also detracts from the view considerably.

The location (close to the Blue Line from the airport) and friendly staff (who had great restaurant recommendations) were very good. The second-floor lounge with coffee and lots of comfortable seating was a great bonus, as were the refillable water bottles available on the floors. The building itself is a Chicago architectural landmark, and has some lovely features, inside and out.
