Limited desk hours and no one there after hours- however I’m sure this probably helps to keep the cost low- it wasn’t too big an issue for us but you have to plan accordingly.

There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Hollywood but only the dolphin has staff that truly are committed to your comfort and experience. They great you by name and treat you like family.

No electrical outlets in the bathroom or walk in closet area by the bathroom. If you want to dry your hair in front of a mirror or in the bathroom, bring an extension cord. There are several outlets in the kitchen. Although there is an oven, there are no pans you can use in the oven. There is a skillet and a large pasta pot (with plastic handles). Buy a disposable aluminum pan or tinfoil if you want to reheat any leftovers in the oven.

Excellent location, about 1 short block off the Broadwalk. Large room with comfortable bed, kitchenette, table service for 2, table and chairs. The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly.

parking.. i had a space :) but difficulty navigating around palm trees in back spaces. king sized bed was great, but we kept knocking our thighs of the edge of bed.

Old motel, needs some TLC, especially the kitchen.

AC was a bit loud. No real living space. Just two beds facing a TV on the wall. Kitchen was basic and very minimal utensils or cookware. But it all worked and we were comfortable.

Great location just off the Boardwalk but quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was great. Linens were soft and comfortable.

Back door did not function properly, once we managed to get it open, we had to close it from outside, slamming it hard. Also, the sleeper sofa (not an actual sleeper with a mattress, but more like a wide siscor jack sofa) and table should be switched. With no room darkening shades, the couch was directly in the early morning sun, so no sleeping in.

We had the double queen with sleeper sofa room. From the outside, we weren't sure it would match online pictures, but once inside, it did, was spotlessly clean, perfect amount of space for our family of 3. Comfortable beds and pillows. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Nice outdoor spaces semi-protected from wind and rain.

We arrived at around 8 p.m. and the reception desk was closed. Although we didn’t have an American phone we had to call and spend money to find out how to get the key. Then we had to send a photo of our credit card for the payment and send it by mail. Pretty tough after a long flight and being jet lagged.

I did not like that there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The bathroom shower leaked constantly.

The Dolphin was right across the street from the beach. It had all the basics in the room. The beds were comfortable and we liked that there was a kitchen in the room. There is also a washer and dryer in the back of the property.

There are some updates needed in the rooms. The decor is very basic

I loved the location - so close to the beach. The outdoor seating areas were nice. The staff was very accommodating.
