Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FranceIt's the first time I see a Hyatt hotel or 5 starts without breakfast. Unbelievable. You must wait in the queue of a coffee near the hotel to get your breakfast. No restaurant in the hotel as well. For me it's not a 5 starts hotel at all!

King Deluxe Room was well worth the money. Beautifully appointed, well laid out, comfortable, sofa a nice touch, comfortable bed, baths was perfect size with an ante-room with a second sink and coffeebar. Spacious, elegant, comfortable, and the restaurants on the property were absolutely superb. And the nicest small touches - a great white oise machine that buffered any sounds from adjoining rooms. The Cafe and Bakery on premises was fabulous, as was the 1886 Restaurant.

The location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of much to see. We stayed in the historical section of the hotel and the room was very spacious. The shower was simply amazing and the bed was comfy. I love a quiet hotel and heard zero outside noise or noise from other guests. It was a perfect stay.

The facilities are top notch and beautiful. The Christmas tree and decorations were impressive and the smell of fir trees greeted you when you entered, and there was lovely music daily.
