Quite pricey for no pool.

We had a suite facing the lake with a porch and beautiful view from the bedroom. We had a kitchen and livingroom that played host to other impressed relatives. Restaurant and food was impressive !

For a hotel with no breakfast or lunch and no pool it was a bit overpriced. The complimentary coffee in the morning was nice but the hotel started charging for it on our last day.

Bar and restaurant had limited hours. Tile in the shower was slippery, but bathmat was provided. Without a pool with kids making noise the inn was peaceful and relaxing

Size and decor of the room was great. Smaller hotel meant everything was close and we did not have to walk far. Parking was close and easy to find a space.

We were celebrating our 36 year anniversary. Our room had a balcony and it was clean and very relaxing with a beautiful lake view. We are planning our next trip to return to The Geneva Inn and this time we will bring our entire family. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Patio should be open and the fans in the room need to be secured better. They also need a laundry service or laundry machines on-site. Lots of water and beach activities requires this at an affordable cost. There should also be a continental breakfast in the banquet room or the restaurant should be open with a breakfast buffet. Many of these I say are a requirement to really have that 4 star rating. To me this is still a 3 star hotel but I can see they are motivated to be a 4 star.

The rooms were freshly remodeled and looked fantastic. The restaurant is wonderful. The view is amazing. The staff was very friendly.

It’s right on the lake which is nice I guess. It’s clean. The beds were super comfortable. The staff is pretty rude. Would probably try a different hotel next time.

There is a cute coffee bar upon entry. However, every time we walked by, whether we were arriving or departing, the staff member was witness lying/slouching over the counter in boredom, which is was a bit distasteful and unwelcoming. We had to park in the parking lot down the road and cross the busy street numerous times due to restaurant traffic holding space in the main lot. Guests should take precedence on parking at the facility. Elevator didn't work intermittently. The room fare was expensive for their offerings (no free breakfast - you don't have to offer much - perhaps some bananas, apples, oranges & muffins). Upon arrival, the front desk clerks heavily scrutinized no smoking on premises, no exceptions, however restaurant goers were smoking outside of the front entrance. Are you catering to the restaurant business or to your Guests? The drive was about 2 miles from downtown without shuttle service from the hotel. I inquired about ubers and taxis and the front desk wasn't aware of any options available. The front entrance & exterior docking/stairs to the water need some attention with a pressure washer, rotting wood. There is constant running water down the concrete making it extremely slippery/slimy, which almost caused my husband and I to fall. Those steps are steep!

Room was very bright and clean, given we did not receive a lake view. Small & quaint location perfect for some R&R. The view from the patio was outstanding. We were able to hop on the Shore Path which was awesome. Champagne upon arrival was a nice touch.

Thermostat- A/Cwas more like a loud fan never got cold except for bathroom. Not a great night sleep. Screen to balcony had an old magnet closure- useless- when you opened room door from hall the vibration of that door opening would make magnetic screen on balcony loudly snap open ! Balcony was not clean! It had not been wiped down or dewebbed in a while! If you were my guest at my home your rooms balcony would be clean!!! Room also was not vacuumed well found wrappers behind tv stand- ( had to pull that out to unplug tv and plug in to get tv to work) - and many plastic clothes tags pieces on floor. Overall - Room cost was way too high for the quality and comfort we experienced. No coffee ststion open in morning- ??? I guess we just paid for the view. Got there at 4:30 pm checked in and put things in room- happy hour in hotel bar ended at 5 the front desk said…Hurried down - arrived 4:57… girl at hostess stated- oh no Happy Hour specials over. But loved the view not the experience.

Rooms were outdated. There were stains all over the floor and furniture. Balcony hadn’t been swept since Bush was in office. No breakfast at all. TV didn’t work.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was easy to navigate.

Small rooms with small beds and few well positioned outlets in the room. The was no sink in a bathroom but in the general room area.

Hotel room bathroom was shampoo, conditioner and soap. Bathroom fan wasn’t working and quarter round on the ceiling was falling down. After the room was cleaned and service no towels, bath mat, soap, and shampoo was replaced.

Location is good but isolated from any eateries Breakfast and lunch not available at the resort, very disappointed. Our room was not warm enough, had to ask for an additional blanket. The bed was not comfortable and pillows were bad quality. The customer service at front desk was not welcoming, had to ask about everything felt like begging for information. We won’t be back.

The staff was short with us when checking in and rushed us through the process. Almost felt like we were bothering them.

Electricity and water shut off morning of check out--hotel staff did not allow for extended check out time, despite not being able to use bathrooms/shower as "housekeeping is already behind due to the power outage." They did not offer any solutions, including allowing us to use any working restroom, no estimated time for facilities to start working. For over $300/night, this was pretty unacceptable. I understand the power turning off was out of their control but their response was telling of what kind of hotel this is. Will never stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

there is nothing fun to do inside the hotel, just stay inside the room. there is no microwave or dinning area inside the room or in the hotel. I was planning to stay for three days, I change my plan because my kids wasn’t happy.

I did not like the hotel, there is nothing to do inside the hotel, just stay in your room, even the breakfast there is no dinning outside your room.
