It was hard to climb up so many steps to our room but our room was beautiful.

The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping us find restaurants and also booking for horse tour.

We were charged an unexpected "resort fee" and not sure what that was suppose to cover since we didn't utilize any "resort" type amenities. In fact, what I would consider "resort type' amenities were not available at this time of year.

Room with water front view! The sunset over the sound was spectacular! We arrived shortly after 5:00 PM when office was closed, but instructions for locating our keys and room were easily available. The evening manager also was very helpful in pointing us to our room.

The wifi wasn't strong but it was okay. But we had so many things to do it worked out.

The property location was beautiful and quaint. I will be back to visit. Very spacious and friendly staff. Didn't have a gym but allowed you to get a bicycle for free.

Not sure if this can be addressed, but both my partner and I hit our shins on the bed posts at the foot end of the bed, because they were covered by the bed spread. OUCH!!!!! Maybe the bedspread could be tucked behind them.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very friendly especially the breakfast staff. The balcony and view was superb. Loved the raised adorondack chairs for looking out over the sound.

The pedestal sink in the bathroom. Although the shelving unit in the bathroom was helpful, a vanity sink with counter space would be great.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The valet cart made it easy to take our luggage to the room. My request for a first floor room was honored. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fine. I liked the fact that there were two luggage stands in the room. The A/C unit worked very well. We did not use the pool but we sat in the pool area to watch the sunset. The pool area is lovely.

Was priced a bit high as we book very early. Price was lower than we paid for the same stay.

Location was perfect for us as we had to access the 4x4 beach for a wedding!

Breakfast was mostly prepackaged/ processed foods with very few options for something healthy. So I ate elsewhere.

Room, location and view were great. The water smelled so I couldn’t sit out on the water to drink my coffee but that’s nothing you could have fixed. 👍

The room smelled. It didn't look like the photo at all. We were afraid to sit at the dining table because the chairs were so unstable. The ceiling fan made alot of noise that we couldn't have it on at night because it would keep me awake. Also,some of the deck boards need to be replaced as they are splintering and weak. My room was also not the cleanest! I stepped on a very small black screw that really hurt in stocking feet!

The staff was exceptional, and the continental breakfast was a huge plus! Also loved the location and the ease of getting to available amenities.

The bathroom shower area may have a separation to prevent water spilling out; saying that i would note that our bathroom was probably for people needing help so additional blockage may not work for them.

We had a queen room facing the lawn but it was adjacent to the verandah where they provided table/chairs and we sat enjoying the view of the water and the breeze. They provided a continental breakfast and was very good and nutritious.

Well, it’s advertised as a suite I don’t know if we would even been able to pull out the couch into a bed to to space. I also found the front desk woman to be quite rude and it really put a damper on my stay there. Other people working there or very nice.

The location has water sports right on the property. If we are staying there with young kids that would’ve been great. Also, the breakfast is very nice.

Office staff seemed like they were in a bad mood...resort nigh grounds keep very nice, breakfast worker very very nice...location great...the Inn could have been cleaner...mold all over shower head...spiderwebs everywhere..windows dirty...overall rooms clean, no bugs.....they did have a dining room for breakfast however they would not allow you to sit in it during lunch or dinner...very good place if you had to bring a pet...seems everyone was very good at cleaning up after their dogs...lots of stairs and no elevator! Continental breakfast spread was nice...fruit, cereal, muffins, coffee, sausage egg muffins, yougart..
