The floor plan in our room was a very bad design. The balcony was split in half, making it an extremely tight space.

WIth a little sprucing up, the patio area would have been much nicer. Some of the boards in the patio area were loose, had a little bit of rot. Screening at the top could be repaired. The hot tub was nice but the lights didn't work and there was no ability to adjust the jets to high or low. It was just one speed.

It was very quiet and private. Appreciated having access to the piers, bikes, kayaks, hot tub. The bathroom was very nice - shower was good and the water pressure was great. The room was very clean and supplied with necessary items.

Had someone in the room above us and danced or was moving furniture or "playing " from 2 to 3 am our first night.. Our unit #6. Bed too firm for me. Hot tub display and light not working. Small shower.

Unfortunately, the Red Tide was strong during our stay. It affected both of us, which is no reflection on the resort. Very trivial things, but the water in the shower was very strong. There were no teaspoons, so we used serving spoons. The pool was just recently repaired, so the water was pretty chilly for me.

The cottage we were staying in was very sweet. It was set in a lush garden setting. One of the things we enjoyed most was that it was adult only, and very quiet. We were able to use the community grill. When we didn't eat in the property on our private patio, there were several restaurants nearby. There were many areas to sit both in the sun and in the shade. There was a lagoon which had several wildlife species to watch including pelicans and dolphins which swam next to the dock! Turtle Beach was within a 5 minute walk, and we enjoyed watching the turtles there. The private hot tub was very nice to enjoy.

We did have more than a few issues with our villa. They were all handled promptly and were super nice.

The Location is a distance from the main hub of things. There is a beach in walking distance. Not the best beach. The staff was phenomenal.

Felt expensive for what it was. Toilet ran almost the entire time and had to keep fixing it.

Walking distance to turtle beach. Private beach accessible by kayak, which are available right off the dock where the rooms are. Lots of aquatic life to see! Relaxed, lots of outdoor areas to spend time in.

It was quiet and relaxing. They offered all the extra amenities like a bike and kayak free of charge. Plus.your own private hot tub and patio. Bed was so comfortable. Response.to questions was answered in less than 5 minutes. It's off the main siesta keys area but the free trolley is literally a 5 minute walk along with turtle Beach. Plus there is all the kitchen amenities with a fridge if you wanted to stay longer.

The property could've been kept up better. It was very clean but some things looked old.

I liked that the property had bikes and kayaks that could used. I liked the room privacy and the kitchen along with the private hot tub.

The outdoor facility on the adult only side of the Inn was a little tired. It seems as though the other side of the resort had had a face lift recently but the side we were on had not been 'cleaned up' yet. Nothing horrible but just touch up paint , power washing of a few spot and minor repairs would have made a big difference. Also think parking markers could help on that side. Some evenings it seemed if everyone had parked more carefully we could have had one more parking spot for the last person home- who would have to park down the street.

We loved the location and availability to enjoy the intercoastal for kayaking but beach for walking was nearby. Room was clean and coffee and cream was provided. Plenty of towels etc.TV options for Netflix and Amazon etc. Good AC.

there were little bugs on the counter and tabletop. I don’t know what they were but chalked it up and didn’t say anything but regretted that later. i don’t think it’s fair to pay for a vacation and feel like it’s not as clean as it should be. The “inn” side is definitely a little shabby and needs updated and repaired. the pool bottom is all worn looking and not heated (on the inn side). the “ resort” side pool was fine. BOTH sides back up to a bay. I thought one side would have direct beach access.. bed linens are kept is in a shed type building out back and the door doesn’t shut to the outside. also a non working refrigerated was in there. not much in it but it wasn’t empty, ( I was in it looking for bagged ice) I feel like this is not sanitary for many reasons with the linens being stored in there on open shelves. also big holes in the ceiling in that room. but there are washers and driers u can use in there which was nice. also the hot tub lights didn’t work.

The pool needs to be refinished and cleaned so we didn't get to swim in it and opted for the beach instead. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Everything listed in description met or exceeded our expectations. We were amazed how quiet it was even thou all 10 suites were booked. If anything was needed Elana and the staff were right on top of it. Truly a hidden gem
