Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe house was not cleaned hair left in dishwasher and drawer broken appliances bug in the refrigerator tv in the both bedroom wasn’t working when I took pictures of the place as soon as we got there and went to the front desk to show the person it was not fix said everybody was gone home at 4 PM and we had to wait until 9am the next day for it to be fixed the bathroom toilet broke I had to fix it the guy at the front desk just made jokes like it was funny as was smart about everything the refrigerators had deck tape holding the inside up when I ask for another room said they didn’t have none he had to see in the morning never said nothing else to me the next day it not worth the money then booking.com said I didn’t have to paid nothing at the property but when I got there I had to a 200 security deposit and supposed to get it back after check out haven’t got it back yet wouldn’t tell nobody to stay here unless it nothing else

United StatesThis year it seems the price was more then in years past. Upon first walking in there was a very large dead Palmetto bug on the floor. Never in years past had this happened. I found our bathroom tile to be somewhat disgusting in this condo. Really should be replaced because it was looking like black mold but not sure. My son was in the bathroom and wood planks came down on him while at the toilet from the ceiling around the fan. Grateful he was only startled and no injury. Maintenance was called and this was fixed ASAP. An umbrella at the pool was broken and falling over. The confirmation letter states Service Dogs must be ADA certified which is actually not legal or factual. Although I did not bring my service dog, if I had, possibly there would have been a problem. They should read the laws on service dogs because they could run into a legal issue. A service dog does not legally have to be certified EVER. Service dogs do not require special training or special vests. I hope The Links will review the law on this subject to assist people with disabilities to enjoy their vacation here.
The Links is like our home away from home because we've been going here for a few years. My boys are familiar with the facilities and are grown now, but wanted to be here again this year for our family vacation. We love the indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, pool area. The grounds are well maintained and the condo is normally very clean. The location is great.

United Statesrooms were dirty and very outdated. the review said it was a 4 & 5 star property but it’s really a 2 star. toilets and sinks did not work properly and had to cal maintenance. you can tell their May have been a roach problem at one time although I didn’t see any other than a dead one in the bathroom. whoever did the reviews must work there is all I can figure. didn’t even want to walk on the carpet without my shoes on nor sit on the dirty looking furniture. I would never recommend this.

United StatesPortions of the apartment was not clean. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty. There were spider webs with multiple spiders at the entrance door of the condo. There were also spider webs inside the condo. When the covers were pulled back on the bed in the master bedroom, were was a lot of hair on the sheets. The front desk was contacted and provided clean linen. The clean linen also had hair on them. The condo was outdated, but served its purpose for the trip.
The condos were very spacious. They also had 3 full bathrooms, which were perfect for my family size.
