Loud trumpet music blared from 6am each morning from the direction of Nicolette Street. Even though I was on the 13th floor it woke me every morning.

The staff were very friendly and professional. From the front desk to the bar to breakfast they were all ten out of ten.

Shower water pressure is very poor and kept leaking outside the glass so not really relaxing overall. The NYE could have been better organised better. the staff at the bar made it a point to NOT work and serve and the attitude was bad. Lift was not accessible and waiting long queues. Like the hotel but avoid being there during festivities.

Location was optimal. Close to all the shops, restaurants and stadiums. Rooms are nicely laid out and modern. Breakfast was good also. Loved everything about the hotel.

It took 3 different times to get our parking pass squared away with hotel staff of the hotel. So we were paying extra when coming and going at the hotel, plus our parking ticket was stamped twice with the hotel stamp and when we went to leave the hotel and scan our ticket to validate our parking we had added onto our hotel stay, the machine took our validated and stamped ticket and didn't give it back and charged us an extra 5$ on top of the 38$ parking we had just paid for and had added onto our hotel bill. So we had to get another validated and stamped ticket for coming/going from the hotel and that one finally worked. The thing that frustrated me is I was told to bring the parking ticket to hotel staff once we got situated and parked in the hotel parking ramp and they would stamp it and add it onto our hotel stay bill and when we went to leave the hotel and scan our stamped ticket on the machine it stole our ticket and didn't give it back and charged us another 5$ for parking on top of what we had just paid and had added to our hotel bill. When I went and spoke to the hotel staff at front desk again and I told them what happened and I brought them another ticket they said they would have the parking added to our bill and they would stamp our parking receipt and we had just gone through that same scenario 10 minutes ago so from my understanding she didn't add parking to our bill the 1st time and she was fully aware and understood what I wanted to do the 1st time because she stamped, had it added to our bill, and gave me my parking receipt back that was stamped to scan at the parking ramp machine, but yet the 2nd time I brought our ticket receipt up there for parking she had said she would have the parking stamped and added to our bill so we weren't paying each time we came and left from the hotel.

It was beautiful, it was probably the most clean, beautiful, panoramic view of the beautiful city of Minneapolis, there was things I had never seen in a hotel before. I was very impressed. There was an ice drawer for hotel guests with individually packaged ice bags for guests. In order to go to each floor of the hotel you needed a validated key to get to each floor of the hotel in the elevator and needed to scan that key on the elevator. Parking ramp had plenty of parking, but was a little stinky with sewer smell. It was very secure, beautiful, clean, and I loved the architecture of the hotel. The view from the 19th floor was beautiful and we received a complimentary bigger corner room for my wife's birthday. They had great smelling shampoo conditioner body wash face wash lotion in the rooms with a glass shower. Complimentary robes, slippers, coffee, water, and tea. It was a very great experience.

Everything about the hotel is good, but it’s not in the most exciting part of Minneapolis. Probably great for business, and it does connect to the skyway, but you’ll have to walk a bit to get to a more lively part of the city.

The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (including a mini fridge). Staff was helpful and gave us as much water as needed, providing extra bottles whenever we requested the room to be cleaned.
